Perfect family spot!

This was a great place for our family! It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We had our 2 year old twins and 85 year old grandparent with us, so the walk to the beach was a little long, but we broughta wagon and made it just fine.

Great location with just a couple suggestions

The location and property were wonderful. The only issues were the showers were not updated as the listing suggested plus some additional cleaning and maintenance was needed. The master shower drain was partially clogged while some food and mess was under the furniture. But this didn't take away from a great trip and enjoyable stay.

Great Seagrove House

We had a wonderful trip to Seaside and this little house was great! It was clean and had everything we needed. It is an easy walk to the beach just wish it was a little bit closer. Good location (easy bike ride) to Seaside, shops and restaurants. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Very good, cozy and convenient

House was clean and very convenient to shopping and dinning. Would recommend some additional items to be supplied feom owner such as hairdryer and full length mirror or even some additional mirrors would be great.

GREAT summer kickoff at Sunset Shenanigans!

Cute house in good location. Perfect size for one family (4-5 people). Small, quiet community with nice pool. House appears to have been recently updated…but is missing a few amenities: sink disposal, hairdryer, average WiFi. We also had an issue with bugs the first couple of days but treated it with bug spray. The towel bar in the guest bathroom was not properly mounted. All minor issues. Overall, excellent lodging choice. We really enjoyed our stay!

Good location too many fees

With vrbo fees and emerald coast fees, they inundate with fees and extras-too many. The smoke detector woke us at 3am and kept going for awhile the second evening, they fixed it after couple days so we didn’t have one in main space. Should get a credit for that

Quiet Neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay and met some nice people in the area. There was very little traffic in the area which made our daily walks pleasant. The chairs in the living room are quite dirty and really need to be cleaned or replaced. The Roku TV and Direct TV made it easy for us the watch the programs we wanted.

Quiet Getaway

We loved being able to walk to the nearby Donut store and being so close to Seaside! We celebrated our friend getting married with a girls trip-girls who live to stay in and read and just lay on the beach. This was the perfect place! The walk to the beach was pretty quick. The main thing we missed was the personal touches of other VRBOs like an owners book where guests give suggestions, etc. The furniture was nice and perfect for our group of 5! Very clean and easy to get in and out!

Nice cottage a couple blocks from the beach along 30a

Very clean, tidy, cottage. Fit our family of 5 perfectly. A couple blocks from public beach access. If you have or rent bikes, a short 12 - 15 min ride to the heart of Seaside. Nearby pizza place Angelina's great and you can walk there. Pool in complex was nice for the kids to play while adults relaxed.

Great property for families!

The house was great, it was the perfect size for our family of five. It’s not far from the public beach access, but wish there was an easier way to get down to the beach. The access boardwalk has tons of stairs, which is tough for a family with young kids lugging the boogie boards, cooler, sand toys, etc... There is an access a little further down with a ramp though, and parking. I highly recommend renting a golf cart from the place next to the house. The place was clean and updated, with quick access to lots of restaurants and the like. Would highly recommend.

This was a great house for our group of four. Loved the convenience of the pool and close proximity to local pizza, ice cream and other shops. Easy bike or moderate walk to the beach access. The house had all the basic needs including games to play. Nice little quiet cove.

We loved our time there! It was a perfect fit for my husband and I. We had 4 kids with us and it was plenty of room. The kids enjoyed our location and getting to ride bikes in the area. The beach was close. Everything went very well!

My family stayed here for a few days to experience the 4th of July on 30A. The parade started just two blocks away from the house, so it was super convenient for that! The house was super clean and recently updated. Neighborhood was quiet, and the central pool location was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Best Family Vacation

This was the best family vacation location. We originally booked for 3 nights but having such a great time we asked the owner if another night was possible. Lucky for us it was. The home is in a lovely circle of other vacation homes, with a nice sized pool in the middle. Our unit was lovely and extremely clean. The home was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We utilized the beach rental credit (amenity included with the rental), for beach chairs and umbrellas for the length of our stay. The beach itself was beautiful white sand and the pretty blue green of the gulf water. Very family friendly area. I have to also comment on how easily it was to communicate with the owner if we had any questions. He was always quick to return our messages. All of our children (ages 2 up to age 13), had a wonderful time. We look forward to returning soon!
