Great location and property. Clara our concierge was very attentive with quick responses. She really took care of us. The every other day cleaning was great but they show up pretty early for being on a vacation. Overall would highly recommend the property. BTW, the pool is great

Family stay in Santa Teresa

We had a wonderful time in Santa Teresa. Its vibe was more yogi/surfer and more filled with singles back packing in their 20s, than families, but we found great restaurant options and had fun at the beach and pool. Beach access was across the street and the ocean was kid friendly even with red flags out. Our kids could jump in the waves and found lots of shells. We took a short car ride south to the rock pools as the tide was coming in and they really enjoyed that as well. The halfway paved roads and village traffic can be glaring at first, but we quickly acclimated. The apartment was as listed. The rooms are fully air conditioned, but the main living area is not. The room AC units are probably strong enough to cool the living area, but the apex of the living area is screen only with no glass. Considering the weather was in the 90s during the day and 80s at night, it was pretty warm. Its a little different than the typical AC blasted rooms in the US, but it would have been nice to have the option to close those windows and cool them if possible. The fridge and kitchen we only used for breakfast as a result as it was too warm for us to cook in the evenings but the restaurant options were fantastic, relatively inexpensive and convenient. Highly recommend this apartment in beautiful Santa Teresa!
