Very nice vacation cabin with everything you could need for a wonderful trip to Okoboji area! Each of the 3 King Bedrooms and the Loft has a large Flat Screen TV and DVD or Blue Ray Player. Netflix and Vudu Streaming services are also available for use with access to thousands of Movies. Full Fridge and stocked kitchen, Washer/Dryer, and Dishwasher in Unit, 5 HDTV's (average 38") in unit with Blue Ray Players and Internet Capabilities on all, Propane Grill, Fire Pit, Board Games, Outdoor Games, all for your use with the cabin.
There are 3 Bedrooms with King Beds, a loft acting as a 4th bedroom with 2 Double Beds. We have 2 rollaway/cot beds single sized as well as an air mattress that is Queen Size. That allows sleeping in beds for up to 14. Although it is a tight fit we allow up to and stock supplies for up to 16 guests.

We have plenty of Indoor and Outdoor Games and Seating for your enjoyment.

For an extra fee we also have a very nice 9000lb 35' Boat Hoist to rent with your cabin. This will Not Work for Pontoons, Sorry! Golf cart may be rented or included with Cabin and Hoist Rental.

We have 2 additional cabins in the same resort that are set them up similar to this one, in fact one of them is next door for your convenience. To make your trip hassle free we can accommodate large groups in 2 or 3 well stocked places from the same hosts who own and visit the properties often to keep them up to standards. So, if you have a large group or just want more space, let me know and I can send you the info and availability on the other places as well. We take pride in having very clean, maintained and well stocked cabins with comfortable beds. We realize you are on vacation and aim to make it a great experience for you and your guests.

We even have a multi-game arcade table with Pac Man, Frogger, Donkey Kong, Galaga, and Many other classics set to free play in the loft. For extra sleeping we have 2 roll-away beds single sized as well as an air mattress that is Double Stuffed Queen Size. That allows sleeping in beds for up to 14. We allow up to and stock supplies for up to 16 guests with no extra charge. There are two large sofas in the living room, but they do not pull out. So, for those on a budget we allow you to fit them in the best you can in the space up to 16, but if you want more space and comfort for a large group check with us on the neighboring property to go with it.

Bridges Bay is easily the most popular resort in the Okoboji Lakes Region. Included is the use to several outdoor pools, one very close to the cabin, a great outdoor pool with swim up bar, and Large Indoor Water Park with a lazy river; Fun for All Ages Infant to Adult, Huge Hot Tub on Site, 3 On Site Bars and Restaurants and also a Snack Counter; Lakeside Bracco Beach Themed Café, Blue Water Pizza Company, and Waters Edge Grill Fine Dining, Mini Store for Guests, Work Out Room, Arcade, Playground, Covered Patio with Gas Grills, Dock Access, Stocked Fishing Pond for Guests Only, and much, much more. 6 Daily Water Park Passes are included for free. The waterpark is a great place to get away rather the weather is good or bad outside. The resort changes to off season hours after Labor Day and back to Summer Hours on Memorial Day. This Resort is with-in 1-2 miles of the area’s most popular Golf, Night Life, Boating, Shopping, and Dining. Take the Boat Taxi to Barefoot Bar or Walk to Many Other Popular Dining and Lounges Like The Ritz, Smiles with Miles, Nautical, Port Side Pizza, Captain’s Getaway, The Gardens and High Point at the Emporium, Yesterdays, Maxwells, Murphy’s, Wine Bar and Art Gallery are all with-in a mile or so from the resort.
Self-Check-In with Keypad and you are given your space, but we will be available, by phone text, or email to help you enjoy your stay.
Peak Season Memorial Day through Labor Day, there is a 3-night minimum rental period. We may make some exceptions to that during the week depending on dates. Message me your request. No checking in or out on Saturdays unless you have a 5 day or more stay, sorry. Please check with Boji Splash Waterpark for hours of operation to be sure it will work for your stay if that is important to you. Passes are included but the Waterpark is managed separately by the resort.
