Charming, modernized home on a quiet residential street - only three blocks to the beach and just a few minutes from Atlantic City Nightlife!

Recently renovated, stylishly decorated. 3 TVs with Roku/Netflix. Fast wifi.

Entire house. Garage stocked with Beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler and cart. Backyard access with outdoor shower and propane barbecue. Washer/Dryer on site.

Hosts will not be present for check-in; an electronic key code will be provided.

Beach tags provided for access to Ventnor City/Margate beaches.

Two car driveway with street parking available.

Casinos and outlets are a 5 minute drive or uber away.

-Pack and play and high chair available for use.
-We welcome families and children, however, we have not child proofed the house.
-Pets may be approved on a case by case basis.
-Toilet paper and paper towels are provided to START your stay. We are unable to refill them while you are at the property. Please keep this in mind during your shopping trips to ensure you do not run out.

Enjoyed this well equipped home

Everything was there for us. The buggy that we used and supplied, to bring down the beach equipment, was awesome. Made The walk just fine We are in alot but found some awesome restaurants too.

Home down the shore

Comfortable and plenty of room for family and friends. Great place to relax and be walking distance to the beach. Lots of extra amentities provided.

Perfect weekend getaway for our daughters graduation.

We enjoyed a perfect weekend at theSalty Beach getaway and much of that was due to the quality of the rental. Jesse and Andrea have created a nice little spot for a family of four to six in Ventnor City NJ. We usually stay in Ocean City and enjoyed the small town feel of Ventnor City with all it has to offer. The Ventnor Pier which is right down the street from Salty Beach is a great amenity for those using the beaches there. We highly recommend the place for anyone looking for a nicely decorated spot right down the street from Atlantic City and Ocean City NJ.

Simply Lovely and Relaxing.

This area is beyond gorgeous. The Hosts provided details for what we needed to do before our check in and then upon leaving which was really helpful. The House was incredibly charming and really close to Ventnor and OC!!! the Garage was well equipped with this large Roller on Wheels and also an Umbrella for when we went to Beach. Really nice touch to have the Seasonal passes. The shopping, the entire area is gorgeous as is the neighborhood. Thank you Thank you. We had the best time at OC, Ventnor, and Margate City : )))

Nice location not to fare from beach

Good résidence with great space in living room Kitchen have a very few light and very poor equipment to cook or prepare a meal , no kettle ,etc Bedroom need light on night table for bedtime reading. Really appreciate beach chairs and large umbrella to cover the backyard table at lunch time

Another Great Week!!!

This was our 2nd time renting. House is just as great as we remembered. Perfect layout for our family of 7. Love the location. Homeowners had replacement beach chairs delivered to the house for us. Incredible customer service. We will definitely rent for a 3rd time! Thanks again!

Ventnor Vacation

We had a great week at Salty Beach! Communication with Andrea was great. The home has all the amenities you need for a beach vacation A big plus is we could bring our dogs. They enjoyed their daily walks around the neighbor and evening beach walks. We loved walking to nearby cafes and restaurants. A short ride to AC and a beautiful beach. Great morning runs on the boardwalk too !

Wonderful Ventor Stay

I booked with Andrea for a long, pre-season weekend stay in Ventnor for my family. Communication and responsiveness was excellent. Property was very nicely decorated and had every amenity we needed. Our kids loved the bunkbed. Location was just a couple blocks from the beach. Beach tags were provided, although not needed pre-season. Our dog was allowed to stay with us, which was great because that meant we didn't have to arrange for a dogsitter and she could enjoy early morning walks on the beach with us. Parking was ample. Lots of breakfast and lunch options within a 10-minute walk. Our favorite was Isabella's! Would definitely rent again and would recommend to others. Thanks!

We had a great trip!

We had 4 adults, two children and a pup stayed at the house. Everyone was comfortable and had a great time. The location was great for early morning walks to the beach even for little legs. We went to the cafe to get sandwiches for lunches and had a grocery store 10 minutes away. The owners was great with answering our questions and was flexible with check in time. Only problem was slow internet when my husband tried to work. We will definitely be renting this house again in the future! Thank you for lending your house to us! My kids already want to go back!

Family Reunion

Overall this clean, cozy and charming home worked well for our family, especially the large open living room/dining room area. Not a long walk to the beach and a few stores; very convenient. The only cons were very slow internet service and there were no dressers in the bedrooms to unpack our suitcases completely, but neither of these issues would stop us from recommending this home or staying here again. The hosts are outstanding; always very prompt and helpful responses. We loved it!

Lovely home in a great location

I highly recommend staying here. The first floor is fabulous for a larger family to hang out. Loved they were dog friendly. The owners are readily assessable and answered all questions.

Even better than advertised

Easy walk to restaurants and the beach, near the library with restrooms, and the tons of beach and baby equipment they let us use made this the perfect vacation house for our family. Jesse and Andrea were great and so fast to reply. Only hesitation to review was I hope it won’t book up too fast for us next year!

Salty Beach rental was a great overall experience for myself and the family.

The rental is properly described, the decor is perfect for the shore. Jesse & Andrea were fantastic about responding to any questions/concerns. My family and I had a great shore get away. Would definitely recommend to others!
