Welcome to Shore Beats Work, a vacation home designed to provide you with exactly what you are needing…a relaxing vacation! This single level, updated 2-bedroom, 2 bath cottage is a short walk from the beautiful, white sand that is Seagrove Beach.

When you're not on the picturesque white sands or exploring all the fantastic food, shopping and activities 30A has to offer, you can make yourself right at home. Picture 16 private, vacation rental cottages surrounding a cul-de-sac outfitted with a gorgeous pool, top-of-the-line outdoor furniture, commercial grade charcoal grills, hammocks and much more. This is all steps away from the front door and ready for your use.
Inside, you'll find all the comforts of home including Wi-Fi throughout the house, DIRECTV to keep up with your favorite sports and tv shows in every room, as well as the living room outfitted with a smart tv allowing access to your Netflix account. Needing a break from electronics? You'll find an array of family board games, decks of cards, etc. to provide the quality family time we've all be looking for.

Comfort awaits you in the master bedroom, outfitted with a beautiful king bed, walk-in closet and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a queen trundle bed underneath and spacious closet. Within the open concept living room/kitchen/dining room, you'll find a comfortable sleeper sofa and room to add an air-mattress if needed.

The property was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable week-long stay for a family of four and a dog. The location is perfect, about a quarter mile (a 7 minute walk) to the beach entrance, and Seaside’s food tracks and restaurants are about 2 miles away. Check in and check out were smooth and quick. We enjoyed the pool and I the grill by the pool area; we just needed to buy charcoal. Very family friendly! We would stay there again.

Great property with lots of perks!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the property was clean and had everything we needed. Very close to the beach and conveniently location to 30A. We loved the credit for the bike rentals, such a nice touch!

The neighborhood was great, wonderful location within walking distance to Seaside and Watercolor, for those that like long walks. We enjoyed the extra amenity of the bike rental. As a place that clearly gets rented out frequently and with multiple properties in the same location, the cleanliness could have been better. The floors needed to be vacuumed better, and the bath mat in the primary bathroom needed to be laundered. The dishwasher was still running when we checked in, and we couldn’t get the ice maker to fill up, but those were minor inconveniences.

Could not have had a better time

We loved the house. It's cozy, and the neighborhood was pleasantly quiet. Yet it was also close to the beach, restaurants, and Seaside. That unique charm made us want to make it an annual tradition.

Beach Get Away

We enjoyed our week stay! It is hard to find pet friendly accommodations on 30A so we were very excited to find this little house. Overall a nice size and great location. It is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. The space could use a good deep clean, likely due to being pet friendly. Pool was nice and just steps away. We enjoyed the little front porch. Overall, worked out well for the price.

Seagrove beach house

Our stay was excellent. The house is in a circle drive with a pool in the middle, only a few steps away. The use of the beach bikes was an awesome benefit. I would recommend getting one bike with the pull behind cart. It can be used separately. The house was furnished well with the kitchen plenty of dishes, pots and pans. We hope to return next year

Relaxing birthday trip

My husband and I came for my birthday week. The home was exactly as pictured. We have stayed in the area before so we were already familiar with the neighborhood. Loved that Goatfeathers was right across the street! Tried Angelina’s pizza for the first time ( ordered a calzone and lasagna) and we will definitely be back for more! We had a great, relaxing week. Took advantage of the puzzles provided and swapped a couple of books with the “ take one leave one “ shelf. I have nothing negative at all to say, we will definitely go back and highly recommend Shore Beats Work!

50th wedding anniversary

We enjoyed the property until our anniversary. We were getting ready to go out for the evening to celebrate and my husband had tried to adjust the shower head and it came off the spicket and hit him on the ridge of his nose and caused swelling and bruising around his eyes and nose. By the time we arrived the restaurant his nose was beginning to swell and his right eye was bruising . Needless to say it ruined our celebration and we called it a early night. The next morning he had two black eyes and swelling around the area.

We liked the property overall. It stated "3 blocks to the beach" and that was not accurate. It was 3 blocks to the street...and another several "blocks" to the beach. The area was nice and the house was cleaned, kitchen stocked with pots/pans/knives etc. I missed having a more "outdoor" area to hang out (small porch).

Cute and cleanly home

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this house. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and there were plenty of towels & blankets. We appreciated the bin of beach toys we borrowed a few items from for our days at the beach. We loved sitting out on the porch in the morning and evening. The house is walking distance to the beach, a few restaurants(pizza nearby is delicious), ice cream/shaved ice shop, and a few other shops. It was a perfect getaway for our family of 6.

Wonderful place to stay! Exactly what the pictures say. Could use some suitcases holders as there’s not enough dresser space. Directions for use of the tv remotes would be great. Otherwise it was a fabulous place to relax and unwind!

Shore Beats Work

The house is spotlessly clean and well organized. Ample supply of dishes , cookware and utensils. Really appreciated the soap and detergent starter packs. Love the decor. We also loved sitting on the front porch and thought it was the most comfortable of all the houses on the cul de sac. Very nice chairs. Nice pool but too cold to swim. Would have used the grills if they were gas. Thanks for a great vacation!
