Centrally located, within 20 min. walk from Yerevan's famous Republic square - this entire apartment has all amenities you may need for your holiday or business trip to Yerevan. It can accommodate up to 3 guests in comfort of this fully renovated and clean home located on 3rd floor of a beautiful natural stone made 4 story building. The area has supermarkets, fruit shops, bank ATMs and is easily connected via many bus routes and taxi stand is 5 meters from entrance. We provide high speed WiFi free of charge for all our guests. A nice balcony overlooking Tigran Mets avenue is nice to relax after your busy day in Yerevan. A kitchenette with basic silverware is at your disposal. Air conditioning helps you stay fresh on warm summer nights. The apartment is ideal for solo travelers and couples but can also host up to 1 child.
