Seaside house for 4 in Santa Maria al Bagno, 15 min driving to Gallipoli

Our property is an independent house well furnished in a modern style.
There is a lovely outdoor kitchen for cooking, a beatiful bathroom with laundry machine and a shower, a cozy living room with a dinning area, a big refrigerator and a confortable double sofa bed.
The bedroom has a very comfortable double bed. There is also one outdoor showeroom. Our garden has a beautiful tree, cactus and flowers.

Recently, in May 2018, we have built over the huge roofterrace an extra wooden little house that can be used as another independent bedroom, loved especially by children.. It is a very lovely, comfortable little room with a queen-size sofa bed also equipped with air conditioning.
The remaining big space on the large rooftop can be used for outdoor sunbathing and/or parking. The house can comfortably accommodate 6 people.

All the rooms are equipped with new air conditioners for a cool summer.
You will find clean sheets and towels and hairdryer too.
The house is not far from the town center, where are shops, supermarkets, a pharmacy, and many bars and restaurants.
It takes less than 10 minutes walk to reach the sea and 20 minutes by car to go to the historic center of Nardò or Galatone , two of the most beautiful towns of the wonderful Salento. We are 15 minutes by car away from Gallipoli and half an hour from Lecce. Other places easily reacheble are Otranto and Santa Maria di Leuca.
The energy, the sun, the clean air and the relaxing space of the house give to our guests physical and emotional comfort. Healthy, bright and environmental friendly spaces can move you and make you feel at home.

Salento is one of the most beatiful Puglia's areas and, for the second time, has been nominated in Italy "Territory of the year". Puglia, an Italy's magical region, is in the opinion of National Geographic Magazine one of "the best trips" and according to Lonely Planet, is at the second place in the "best value travel destinations in the world for 2014” .

BY PLANE: By plane you can reach Salento with a stopover in Brindisi; here you can choose to take the shuttle that connects the airport to the center of Lecce or rent a car. If you choose the first option you can continue to Santa Maria al Bagno using the FSE bus.

BY TRAIN: By train (Trenitalia) Salento is reacheable along the Adriatic route (Milan - Bologna - Pescara - Foggia - Bari - Brindisi - Lecce) or through the Rome - Caserta - Foggia - Bari - Brindisi - Lecce. Once in Lecce it is possible to rent a car or use the buses of the ESF which will take you directly to Santa Maria al Bagno.
