Situated high on a quiet hill and near the harbor and the beach, Villa Cosita has everything to offer you a holidays dream. Its modern look, its nice view and its two gardens make this house an ideal place for your holidays.
Very well equipped, with free wifi and TV, it has a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, a mezzanine, a bathroom with shower with water jets, a separate toilet, storage room and private parking space. Linen and towels provided.
The south facing garden offers everything for a relaxing time: hammock, deckchairs, Weber gas barbecue, dining area and shaded garden, fruit trees, small vegetable garden with aromatic plants. The small private pool is available from May to September. The private heated spa with 5 seats and chromotherapy is available all year. Outdoor shower.

The village of Gruissan impresses with its markets, its sandy beaches and its labelled harbour « Patrimoine du XXème siècle » . This medieval village built in "circle" dazzle you with its charm and friendliness. You can also visit the salt pans and basement of Gruissan with good local wines. Of course it is impossible to list all the many attractions of this resort: sea, spa-fun area, amusement park, markets, hiking and cycling, horse riding, karting, jet skiing, mini golf, tennis, shops, casino, disco and much more is waiting for you!

L’arrivée sans contact personnel avec les hôtes, télé dérègler, jaccuzzi froid a l’arrivée. La deuxième chambre très petite (au lit on peut a peine ouvrir la fenêtre ou l’armoir. Mais pour 2 personnes c’est bien suffisant. Emplacement et propreté bien. Il manque un peu « l’âme «  dans la maison.

Oui comme affiché sur l’annonce l’arrivée est autonome grâce à une boîte à clef et on est est toujours joignable si besoin malgré que les indications d’arrivée vous ont été envoyées. La tv fonctionne avec une box simple d’utilisation mais pas soucis pour vous expliquer comment l’allumer si besoin comme on a fait. Le jacuzzi était chauffé à votre arrivée mais à vous de le régler plus si souhaité car il peut chauffer jusqu’à 40 degrés. Merci pour votre séjour.

L'emplacement de la location et du stationnement ne sont pas faciles à trouver. Grand séjour donnant sur terrasse généreuse très agréables. Par contre plancha à l'extérieur non couverte, mode d'emploi du four & micro-ondes insondable et manque d'éclairage au-dessus

Commentaire malhonnête et mensonger, bien opposé aux autres visibles dans tous les sites de réservation. La vengeance n’est pas une qualité monsieur!Je vous ai expliqué comment se connecter à internet de suite et proposé de venir vous aider sur place le lendemain de votre arrivée au lieu de tard le soir même, pas de quoi faire un drame, surtout qu’il n’y avait aucun soucis, juste un manque de savoir faire. De plus quand vous avez perdu toutes les clefs de la maison, je suis venu vous apporter un double de suite et sans demander de dédommagement. Communication hostile et désagréable.

Comme précisé dans la description la villa est bien à a peine 600 mètres de la Plage du Grazel ! L’étang de Gruissan se situe au village. A ne pas confondre ! Comme précisé aussi l’arrivée est autonome grâce à une boîte à clef et je reste disponible en cas de besoin bien sûr.

La procédure d’arrivée autonome est top. Le logement est très bien équipé et conforme à la description. Ursula et Julien sont très réactifs. Je conseille, sans aucune restriction, ce logement. Et ce sera avec grand olaisir que nous reviendrons

Appartement zeer klein. Met 4 personen heel moeilijk om te verblijven. Huis is dringend aan opfrissingswerken toe. Schimmel te zien aan airco en ventilatie. Veel andere zaken die kapot zijn. Zeer kleine badkamer. Het geld dat men betaald voor deze woning is deze niet waard.

Reposant et décompressant

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, reposant et décompressant grâce notamment à la piscine et au SPA. Nos enfants ont profité un maximum de ces moments. Quelques balades à pied pour aller au port, à la plage ou dans le parc juste à côté. Nous n'avons pas eu trop besoin de joindre notre hôte mais elle est facilement joignable et l'accueil par son mari au top avec un petit cadeau de bienvenue. Merci encore

Villa agréable et fonctionnelle

La villa Cosita est agréable et fonctionnelle, idéale pour profiter de toutes les activités de Gruissan. Très bien située, à 10 minutes à pied de la plage et du port. La villa est très bien équipée et adaptée aux jeunes enfants. Certains équipements mériteraient néanmoins d’être remplacés. Úrsula et son mari sont très réactifs et disponibles en cas de besoin. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont un réel atout.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen! Gleich vorweg: die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war wunderbar und sehr freundlich! Das Ferienhaus wirkte auf uns zwar etwas kleiner als es auf den Fotos aussah, für 3-4 Personen, als aktive Familie, die den Ort, die Umgebung und den Strand erkunden will, reicht es aber völlig aus. Die Hafenpromenade (Shopping, Restaurants) ist mit einem ca 20-minütigen Spaziergang gut erreichbar. Mit dem Auto sind in wenigen Minuten einige Supermärkte in Reichweite. Die Sauberkeit des Pools/Whirlpools wurde in einer vorigen Bewertung von einem anderen Urlauber bemängelt. Die Pools sind eben im Freien und man muss dann generell wohl mit leichten Abnutzungserscheinungen rechnen, insofern ist das unserer Meinung nach ok. Als wir fragten, ob und wie wir den Pool nochmal selbst reinigen können, bat uns die Vermieterin sofort an, dass sie das am nächsten Tag selbst übernehmen könnten, was wir dann aber nicht in Anspruch genommen haben :) Die recht neue Klimaanlage war in der Nacht ein Segen, das Induktionskochfeld und die große Dusche sehr angenehm! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Viele liebe Grüße an Ursula!

A place to make some good memories

Villa Cosita is a compact hide-away, with total privacy and all amenities to make a week-long stay totally relaxing and most memorable. Nothing was more decadent than taking a dip in the totally private hot tub, after a day of exploring the sights in the area. (It was already too late in the season to take advantage of the mini-pool. The water was too cold. But not so for grilling on the deck and eating al fresco.) Ursula gave us a good base from which we could start our stay worry free. She coordinated with us our arrival and gave us a comprehensive and detailed orientation to the property once we got there. The few times that we had to contact her during our stay, she responded promptly and most accommodatingly. For two people, I can't think of anything that could make one's stay more delightful and low key at the same time.

Très jolie petite villa

Très jolie petite villa à la décoration soignée, on s'y sent comme à la maison! La jaccuzi est super et à bien servi au mois d'octobre ! La piscine un peu petite n'a pas servie car non chauffée à cette période. Idéalement située, proche des commerces, de la plage(5-10min à pieds) et du centre ville, c'est une location idéale lorsqu'on veut se ressourcer et ne pas trop utiliser la voiture , par contre, attention! beaucoup de vent, dans la région ce qui peut parfois être désagréable. Ursula, la propriétaire est très gentille, ce fût un plaisir! En bref, nous avons passé un très bon séjour! Au plaisir! :)

Bonnes vacances dans l'ensemble

Très jolie maison, décorée avec soin et offrant tout le confort nécessaire. Maison située dans un environnement calme et très proche de la mer. Les seuls bémols portent sur beaucoup de fourmis dans la cuisine, trop de moustiques sur la terrasse par rapport à d'autres locations sur gruissan (je loue assez souvent). Les propriétaires sont cependant charmants et disponibles.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Je suis ravie que la villa ainsi que l’environnement vous a séduit. En effet sa situation privilégié sur la petite colline permets d'être proche des commodités, du port et de la mer tout en restant au calme. Profiter de la terrasse dans cet environnement naturel peut exceptionnellement amener quelques petits insectes pendant des courtes périodes chaudes et humides comme pendant votre séjour. Bien sûr ces petits désagréments ne sont pas concentrés sur la villa mais dans tout Gruissan ainsi que toute la côte méditerranéenne suivant le climat...

Compact and bijou but perfect too!

This was a smaller home than we would normally rent, however the accommodation was in the area we wanted. From the start the communication from Ursula (and Julien, when we arrived) was excellent and extremely reassuring. Our initial impression was disappointment with the size, however once we'd settled in it was a lovely place to spend the week. The layout and décor has been carefully designed to maximise the use of space both indoors and out. There is even a small mezzanine floor with a desk and sitting area.There were plenty of clever storage options so everything could be unpacked and put away. The large fridge-freezer was a bonus and although there wasn't a grill, the induction hob and microwave/convection oven were more than adequate for our requirements. The Wi-Fi signal was fast and reliable and when the TV channels were limited we accessed many programmes via YouTube on the flat screen TV. Most of our time we spent outside, sitting at the table to read or relaxing in the jacuzzi, which was great. The front garden, though small, is completely private and location around the accommodation was very quiet. However the lively marina, restaurants, tourist information etc. are only a 10 minute walk away and the beach and old town less than 15 minutes. The old town holds a market twice a week. There are plenty of cycle trials around Gruissan and places to walk. In all, we had a great week and the accommodation really became our home, while we were there. Thank you Ursula & Julien for making it so.
