A beautiful 5 bed 3 bath quiet home located right in between the towns of Sag Harbor and East Hampton - 6 minutes to either town. It is newly furnished and decorated with a nautical feel, perfect for a summer in The Hampton's.

***Recent (2022) kitchen update as well as extension and flattening of the backyard with ample room to play alongside a children’s playground

House features a large deck with dining set and grassy areas to play games and relax. There are five well-sized bedrooms - each with its own closet, dresser, and TV. Two car garage available as well.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please load as many towels and sheets in washing machine and press start.
Report any damages
Double check that gas line to grill is shut off and if pool heater was used is shut off as well.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
