Peaceful Island Getaway Just Minutes from the San Juan Ferry!

Come escape the mad rush of the city and enjoy the slower pace of island life in beautiful Anacortes on Fidalgo Island.
Rest at our island oasis rambler with large private backyard equipped with a BBQ, patio table and firepit -just perfect for relaxation. Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home has an additional large bonus room that can accommodate a full size inflatable bed. 70" Smart TV with fully stocked DVD Shelves and an original Xbox with a good supply of games. Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove/warming oven, microwave and dishwasher. Stocked with ample pots and pans, serving dishes and utensils. Keurig Coffee maker, paper towels, salt & Pepper, foil & plastic wrap is available.

We are centrally located to all that this area has to offer -Just a quick mile into town will allow you to enjoy the monthly festivals, events and Farmer's Market that Anacortes has to offer year round! Along with the numerous shopping and dining options and movie theater we are the perfect location for fun as well as rest. Just one block from the Puget sound, about 2 miles to beautiful Washington Park, 1 mile from the Guemes Island Ferry . Cranberry lake is just 1 mile away if you want to get lost on a network of hiking trails or go for a swim and we are just a 15 minute drive from Beautiful Deception Pass! We're in the ideal location if you want to be close to the Anacortes/San Juan Ferry. Just 1.5 miles away and you can either drive on on walk on and enjoy the day cruising through the Beautiful San Juan Islands. Head home for the day and enjoy the peaceful yard bbqing and watching the deer graze in the yard.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take all trash and recycling, including bathroom trash bags, out to the trash cans to the left of the garage.(Blue-Recycle, Grey-Trash, Green-Compost)
Please turn down heat completely, make sure setting on thermostat is set to AUTO, Lock doors and close windows. Close blinds and drapes in each bedroom and living areas. Turn off all lights and fan.
Make sure fireplace in living room is switched off. Make sure the propane in the fire pit outside is turned off, cover is replaced over rocks Make sure BBQ propane is turned off. Lower patio umbrella
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The Garage is for the owners only please keep out
We have a locked storage room in the bonus room. The electrical panel in this room so if a breaker should trip please call owner to gain access.
We are a no shoe in the home family please respect this house rule and remove your shoes.

Such a wonderful house. Plenty of room to relax and a great yard for playing in. Great location, close enough to the main part of town but just gar enough away to not feel like you're staying downtown. Great neighborhood for taking a leisurely stroll and plenty of hiking trailes within a 10 min drive. Hosts are quick to respond with any issues.

Great location and comfortable home

We had a great stay. We were two families in town for crabbing. We found the home clean and comfortable. Communication was fast and the owner was very generous. You can easily walk to town. The yard was perfect for kids. We would be happy to return.

Amazing place and will try and return if I come back to the area again. Suggestion, another hide-a-bed couch in the TV room and arrange in a way that people are not having to crane their necks to see the TV.

Great location close to Cap Sante Marina!!! Great home base for boating activities! Clean home with great beds, pillows, bedding! The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms had shampoo, body wash, and conditioner dispensers! The family movie room was a great place to unwind! Located in a quiet neighborhood! Clean and well-stocked home

This house was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was nicely laid out so that you could cook a meal and visit with the other guest(s). While the weather wouldn’t allow for backyard use, it looked really inviting.The big washer and dryer were a nice plus. We would definitely stay here again!
