The Condo Newmark Tower is an up-scale steel and concrete high rise condo complex. This 10th floor unit is recently remodeled with all new flooring, cabinets, countertop, stainless steel appliances as well as fresh interior paint throughout. Truly nice and bright with open living and dining area, a separate bedroom with large closet, full bath and an in-unit laundry with stackable washer and dryer! From the living room and bedroom, you will enjoy the amazing views of the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountain!
Additionally, there is 1 designated storage locker for potential use (for longer term guest) and 1 secured parking spot with direct access to the building via key cards included. NO added fee!
Furnishing and Utilities Everything is professionally designed for style, comfort and flexible functionality. The unit is fully furnished with 1 queen memory foam bed + a pull out sofa single bed, 2 side chairs that can also function as additional dining chairs, small rectangular dining table and 2 dining chairs as well as 2 adjustable bar stools. Complete with linens, towels, large high speed internet via Google Fiber. Smart TV with YoutubeTV programming. most cooking essentials including kettle, rice cooker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, knifes and much more.
All utilities are included i.e. water, sewer, garbage, electricity and WIFI. Owner will include toiletries essential for up to 1 week.
Special Note (PLEASE READ): In order to operate short term rentals within this residential building, operators are required to provide a lease agreement and HOA rules. All check-in will need to be arranged ahead of time after HOA documents are completed. For this reasons, after you have completed the reservation, please provide me the following information ASAP so I can prepare some documents for HOA.
I will NEED upon confirmation of reservation: 1. Full names and addresses, email addresses of all guests for Esigning of lease agreement. 2. One emergency contact info (name and phone) 3. Your estimated date-time of arrival and if you are driving and would need the parking spot or not. (Note: parking for small to medium size car/van only. Height limit is s 6'4" in parking garage.
It is critical that I get the above information in a timely manner and your profile information is accurate especially when arrival date is very near. The process is something like this: 1. You provide me with the above information after reservation is confirmed. 2. I prepare a simple lease agreement for you(all) to esign with HOA related documents. 3. I forward all necessary info to HOA for documentation. I pay a HOA fee. 4. I then provide you with CHECK-in information and whatever info that is needed before your arrival. I MAY also MAIL you a set of keys if it is deemed more convenient(let me know if you so choose). Navigate in Settle downtown CONDO unit can be tricky.
Your cooperation is much appreciated. * Due to COVID-19, we will be spending more time cleaning the property in between stay.
* please note this property does not have (cold) air conditioning at the moment. Seattle is not that HOT anyway.

Great spot. Right outside the pike market, which is lovely. The building is not new but has many amenities (pool, gym, door man). Host was very communicative. The apartment had amazing Mountain View’s with beautiful sunsets. It did not have AC, which I believe is typical in Seattle. It got hot but not unbearable. The unit could have been a little cleaner upon arrival (I hired my own) and you could often hear street performers outside during the day. There were a lot of homeless outside of the building. There is a fantastic target downstairs as well. I would stay here again.

Awesome Location with Great Amenities
This property is perfect for ones who love the city life. I truly enjoyed being only steps away from the Pike Place Market and the downtown area as a whole. We didn’t spend much time in the unit, but it was clean and had what we needed (a kitchen, nice living space, etc.).
I felt very safe having a concierge at the front desk and a well monitored parking garage. And even though there were a fare amount of homeless in the area, I never felt threatened, even at night. (I even enjoyed watching and listening to many of the unique ‘street performers‘.)
The gym was perfect for a quick morning workout and the outdoor lounge area was great to relax with a good cup of coffee. I didn’t make use of the pool, but it looked clean and well maintained.
If you are planning to spend some time in the unit you probably will have to pick up some convenience goods (cooking goods, snacks, etc.). But having a Target right below you makes that quick and easy. If I were to return to the area, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent property & location!
So many good things to say--from the perfect location, the view of the water, the professional, responsive and timely interactions with the owner, the style and amenities in the apartment, the friendly, helpful concierge in the building lobby to having available parking & a Target store right in the building. Foremost, the location is one block from the bustling Pike Place Market and a few blocks from access to light rail & monorail. The pier is a short walk away. Jason was so easy to work with and went above and beyond to answer all questions, texted with excellent suggestions for restaurants & things to do, and worked with me to make sure we were able to check in as soon as the place was cleaned and ready even though someone else had just checked out. The space is perfect for 2 people. Kitchen has very nice appliances and was stocked with coffee for the Keurig and several bottles of wine, dishes/utensils/pots & pans needed for cooking, and even a beautiful vase to hold the amazing bouquet of flowers we got at the market. The bed is very comfortable with nice linens. The bathroom has quality towels and soaps/shampoo, I have rented several places from HomeAway in various cities, and this was one of the best values. I highly recommend this property for a great visit to Seattle. And don't miss the Chihuly exhibit--it is breathtaking!
Owner was easy to communicate with and very receptive. Property was as-described and we were very comfortable during our stay.
Amenities were terrific, essentials were stocked and the sunset views were amazing both from the apartment and the community deck.

You can't get a better location than this in Seattle Downton. We loved our stay. It's got ocean view too. Nice condo for 2 people. I would visit again. Great hosts too. Jason was very helpful, responsive and courteous.

The apartment is beautiful. It has great views and you can walk to anywhere from there. It is nicely stocked with everyday needs and is very clean. The mattress is so nice and comfortable. The only suggestion I would have is a more comfortable couch for watching tv at night.

Beautiful condo in the perfect location!
We had a great stay at this condo. You couldn’t ask for a better location - Pike Place Market is just around the corner. The building is well-maintained with 24-hour concierges who are always kind and helpful. We appreciated having a dedicated parking spot for our rental car, which we only used when we left the city to explore the surrounding areas. Everything else is so convenient to either walk or use public transportation. The condo itself is comfortable and well-stocked with everything you would ever need for your stay. We cooked a few meals with fresh food from the market and had all we needed. Jason is always available to answer questions, but you won’t have any because his instructions are so thorough.
Overall, we had a great week in Seattle at this lovely condo.

Very nice Condo in a great location.
The Condo is in a perfect location just a few blocks from Pike Place Market. The owner was very helpful - was quick to answer texts or even phone calls. The condo unit was very comfortable - just the right size for a party of two. The building is secure - always someone on duty at the front desk. I was very happy with everything about our stay!

Beautiful modern condo right at Pike Place Market
Condo right at 2nd and Pike within walking distance of the market, piers for Aquarium, harbor tours etc. Modern condo with amenities like a top notch fitness room with all the modern equipment that you'd need as well as free weights. There is an outside community patio with grills available for use. The condo has a concierge and a underground parking garage spot. The condo is fairly small and advertises space for 3. I came here with my 2 kids which worked but I think the space is certainly ideal for 2 people. All in all a good deal and the owner is very helpful in supplying instructions on how to enter the condo and get to the parking space. A very positive experience. Would recommend!

It’s everything the owner described and more
I travel to Seattle 2 or 3 times a year to visit my son and I’ve always stayed on the outside of Seattle based on reviews stating how noisy the city was. Well, I’m here to say I loved staying in this apartment. Jason was accessible and gets back to you promptly. Having garage parking was another tperk. Jason, thank you for letting me rent your place. It was decorated beautifully and the owners, renters, and staff were very pleasant and helpful. I’ll rent again if you’ll have me!
