Cleaning Program
• All units are sprayed with a disinfectant mist before guest arrival
• All units have an Ozone machine running in the home 6 hours prior to guest arrival
• All laundries are washed and disinfected.
• All surfaces and touch areas are wiped with antibacterial solutions.
• Hard flooring surfaces are moped with a "Pine-Sol" solution, labeled by the manufacturer as killing 99.9% of surface germs.
• Our cleaning staff wear gloves and masks when cleaning your home
• After being cleaned/disinfected, toilets are sealed with a labeled paper sanitizer strip that is torn when the guest opens the toilet lid.

Please note through January 15, 2025, the pool at the main clubhouse will be closed for remodeling. The clubhouse, gym, and concierge service remain open. However, the new mega pool complex in front of building 4114 Breakview Drive is now fully open, with a pool bar, multiple pools, splash pool, fire pit & hot tub, and being enjoyed. This is approximately a 5-minute walk across the street or two minutes by car where your pool pass will also work.
