Villa Victorine, villas-footprint of standing, is located in the heart of lush greenery.

On the wild coast, 1km from the white sand and pebble beaches, you can stroll along the coastal paths, discover unique landscapes and character while enjoying swimming.

A spacious veranda, bright and resolutely contemporary, you will appreciate in all weathers the garden of this villas-footprint. This enveloping space is accessible directly from the inside of the villa and largely opened on the outside spaces by large picture windows: a must which one has a hard time to leave.

Due to the dominating position of the villa Victorine villas-footprint, unobstructed views await you from every room: from the mountains of Arrée to the bell tower of the village.
Generous, Villa Victorine has everything ...
- On the ground floor you will find:
A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave oven, ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and kitchen utensils), where you will appreciate its practical and functional side. You can dine in the different living spaces left to your choice.
A living room with bay windows with direct access onto a terrace with a panoramic view does not leave you indifferent. Guests can relax at the lounge which has TV, DVD player and wifi connection.
A nearby room a spacious bathroom and comfortable (electric towel rail, double walk-in shower, double basin) and separate toilet.
- On the 1st floor you will find:
3 bedrooms close to a bathroom with a modern feel (shower, wash basin, WC and electric towel rail). These separate night areas bring more intimacy during your stay. All equipment necessary for young children are at your disposal (high chair, cot, changing table).
- In the basement you will have:
In a laundry room with washer, dryer and a refrigerator summer.
From a double garage for 2 cars parking and / or storage water sports equipment (windsurfing, canoeing, paddle ...)

This was a great house in the perfect location. House was clean and well equipped. It worked well that there was a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor for our elderly parents. Loved the conservatory, bright and warm. It was close to a supermarket and bakery, also walking distance to the village. A short driving distance to some beautiful coastline which was amazing. I would highly recommend this house.

Beautiful property in a great location

We had the most relaxing two weeks. The house is beautiful, especially the conservatory, and in a lovely private and quiet location with great views of the village. The village is a short walk away and has everything you need (including two bakeries though sadly one of them was closed while we were there). There is a supermarket although it isn't great, but there is a good one a short drive away. There are also places to eat and drink. The garden is beautiful and very big, although there is nowhere to eat in the garden which is a shame. It also has numerous escape routes, so isn't ideal for dogs. We had a long lead so were able to tether our dog meaning he could potter fairly freely without us having to worry about him. While the house has beds for eight, it doesn't really feel as though it's set up for such a big group - there is only a quite small sofa in the living area and four seats in the conservatory (which aren't particularly comfortable). There is a dining table that seats eight, but the chairs are extremely uncomfortable and wouldn't make for a relaxing place to spend much time. The house is in a great location with lots to do in the area and easy access to main roads. The property was clean and airy and we would definitely be happy to return.

Prima huis. Faciliteiten ook oké. Wat meer meubels om in de tuin te zitten zou fijn zijn. Beetje verouderd. Vooral de communicatie vond ik zeer ondermaats. We hadden tijdelijk geen water en er werd gewoon niet gereageerd op onze berichten. Jammer.

Le logement comporte de nombreuses marches donc attention aux personnes à mobilité réduite.Le logement est très bien équipé tant dans la cuisine que dans le reste de la maison : bonne literie et bels espaces à vivre.Par contre aucune communication et réponse avec le "propriétaire".

Da Haus liegt zentral und ist schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles Vorort was man benötigt. Das Dorf ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Strand ist mit dem Auto in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist dort sehr gut aufgehoben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder

Altes Haus auf zum Teil gelungen modernisiert

Sehr schöner Wintergarten Sehr schöne Gegend Sehr schöner Garten Einfache zum Teil defekte Couchmöbel im Wintergarten Weit Überteuerter Preis für das gemietete Objekt Einzäunung um den Garten fehlt 2 Zimmer oben sehr eng und nicht schön eingerichtet Unterbringung der Kleider nicht vorteilhaft , sehr alte Schränke 2 Wochen Motorsäge von Nachbarn gelaufen, ansonsten ruhige Lage Es wurde sehr auf Kunst und Design im Gesamten Haus wert gelegt, jedoch wurde die Verlängerung des Esstisches mit einfachen Kiefern Holz durchgeführt anstatt Nussbaum Holz zu verwenden Im Flur hatte es sehr stark nach Katzen Urin gerochen. Sauberkeit lässt wünsche öffnen, z.B. küchenausstattung sehr schmutzig

Maison très fonctionnelle même à 8 personnes. Une belle salle de bain au RDC et une petite salle de douche à l'étage. De belles chambres assez spacieuses. Le plus : la veranda qui permet de devenir une pièce tres conviviale.

Excellente semaine de vacances

Semaine de vacances au top sur le secteur de Plougasnou. La maison est agréable, fonctionnelle, bien équipée et propre. Un véritable plus avec la véranda que nous avons utilisé au quotidien, bien pratique le garage pour ranger les vélos et garer une voiture. GR 34 et véloroute a proximité pour pouvoir randonner et balader !

Erholsame Woche mit Familie und Freunden

Schönes Haus, ruhig gelegen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Toller großer Garten zum Spielen und Entspannen, sehr schön und praktisch auch die große verglaste Veranda. Freundlicher Empfang, alles wurde gut erklärt, bei Bedarf hätten wir die Dame per Handy erreichen können. Leider war das Haus nicht sehr sauber: die Böden, die Bäder und vor allem die Küche (Schränke, Herd, z.T. ungespültes Geschirr im Schrank). Anscheinend hatten die Vormieter das Haus erst am Nachmittag verlassen, vielleicht hat die Zeit zum gründlichen Putzen nicht ausgereicht - jedenfalls unangenehm (und wir sind da eigentlich nicht pingelig).

A AMELIORER

Problème majeur : douche hors d'usage à l'étage, comme déjà signalé dans un commentaire de 2019. Véranda inutilisable en hiver : trop froid. Table salle à manger trop petite pour 8 personnes, pas de rallonge dispo. Seulement 7 petites cuillères... et assiettes rayées... Humidité dans toutes les chambres, odeurs de moisi. Accessibilité moyenne : marches extérieures glissantes. Cependant la maison doit être agréable au printemps et en été !
