Inside, you’ll find two private bedroom suites, each with new queen mattresses and box springs to ensure a restful night's sleep. Whether you're traveling with friends or family, this layout provides an ideal balance of togetherness and privacy. The open-concept living room is warm and inviting—complete with a cozy gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of room for movie nights, board games, or curling up with a good book after a day outdoors.



The dining area features a large table, perfect for gathering the whole group to share meals, plan your day’s adventures, or enjoy a family game night. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the essentials for home-cooked meals or simply heating up your local favorites from Sunriver’s nearby eateries.

Please Note: Coyote 9 is located near an active railroad. While trains rarely sound their whistles within Sunriver, guests can expect 2–4 quiet pass-throughs per day.

Use your 6-digit keyless entry code to access the home. Most homes can be entered through either the front door or the side door, depending on the property layout.

The area features homes surrounded by trees, and nearby amenities include access to bike paths, the Deschutes River, and many other perks



Getting Around:

Sunriver has traffic circles, a new network of mountain biking and hiking trails, and pedestrian/bicycle pathways. Over 35 miles of paved bikes trails.
