T2 new apartment on the third and last floor in a secure residential area in the heart of Ile Rousse and 300 m from beaches.
You will find all the necessary comfort for a good stay up to 4 people with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine. But also equipped with TV flat screen TNT. A terrace with sea and mountain communicating with a bedroom with a bed 160 cm. In a convertible lounge is available for 2 people. Bathroom and toilet separated. Apartment completely climatisé.le towels and linens are provided.

Logement propre et hyper fonctionnel ! Tout le confort est fourni dedans. Lieu idéal pour se ressourcer et profitez d’une vue sur mer bien présente. L’appartement est très sécurisé et sécurisant pour une personne voyageant seule comme moi. Les propriétaire se rendent disponible et sont très accueillants ! On a beaucoup apprécié : - l'appartement, sa situation, ses équipements, son confort. - La place de parking extérieur proche de l'entrée du bâtiment - La résidence très sécurisée, très calme et très bien entretenue Merci au propriétaire d'être très arrangeant Ile Rousse et ses environs sont toujours aussi magnifiques, on ne s'en lasse pas !
