Beautiful house built in 2018 - 4 bed w/ 3 kings, mstr suite, priv. bch access!

**GORGEOUS NEW HOUSE** - Not a condo, not a duplex, not a townhouse. This is a private house with an elevator and private beach walkway.

Built and opened for rental in June 2018. PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS.
**LINENS AND TOWELS PROVIDED FOR NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE**
This 4 bedroom house is equipped with an ELEVATOR!! You won't find that in most beach rentals - no struggling with your luggage and groceries. A private master suite occupies the top floor. It has a beautiful ocean view, KING SIZE BED, large bathroom, luxurious shower, and a comfortable chair by the window to read or nap. Two more bedrooms also have KING SIZE BEDS!!! The fourth bedroom sleeps as many as 5. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's. We request only Saturday to Saturday rental periods until after mid August. Remember, THREE out of four bedrooms have KING SIZE BEDS. Fourth bedroom with multiple nice bunk beds (see pics). The house features six flat screen TVs with cable (including HBO) and high-speed wireless internet service. Three bedrooms are on the first floor. One has a private bath and one has a private balcony. There is one additional bathroom on the first floor, with a beautiful tile shower. All bedrooms have hardwood floors and nine foot ceilings. The elevator provides service to all floors, so no need to climb stairs with your suitcases. The house and all furnishings are absolutely new as of June 2018. Flat screen televisions are in all bedrooms, the living room, and even the kitchen (SMART TV's). The second floor has a 10 foot ceiling and open floor plan with ocean view. Large, fully furnished, beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and a huge island. A great front porch provides westward views of the waterway and sunsets. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room if an additional bed is needed. This sleeper has a special mattress that is far more comfortable than a typical old-fashion terrible sleeper sofa mattress. A nice laundry room features a new washer and dryer, along with lots of storage space. Plenty of parking available for up to six cars. A nice outdoor shower (with hot water) is located on the ground floor. The private walkway to the beach extends directly from the parking pad to the beach sand. A large storage cabinet on the parking level is outfitted with beach chairs for your use.

Beautiful home - great access to the beach, beautiful views of both the beach and sound! The house is large and we did not feel cramped everyone a space if they just wanted time alone or if you wanted gathering time. Did not have to bring sheets or towels which was a real bonus. Owners are extremely responsive when there was a little issue!

We really enjoyed our stay and made a lot of wonderful memories! The access to the beach was very easy because of the private walkway, which really made it easy for everyone, especially our young grandchildren. Also, the elevator made it easy to unload and load suitcases and groceries. Very clean and there is a large laundry room. We would stay there again.

Overall, an awesome house for a large family. We had several couples and it was more than enough space. Loved the layout. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with and went above any beyond to take care of any questions that we had. Plenty of parking at the ground level, beach toys, chairs, and towels. The elevator was a great plus when it came to arrival and departure. I would highly recommend to large families considering the area!

The location to the beach is great and the house is clean and spacious. The host responds promptly to any questions you may have. We had everything we needed like beach towels, chairs, games, and an outdoor shower station. Easy access to the beach.

The property images is as shown and an easy walk to the beach. The property claimed it had a working elevator, however it did not operate as claimed while we were there and unfortunately there was no information on who to call if that happened .The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. With everything that you need, the kitchen was well equipped.

Beautiful house perfect for a family vacation

This is a great house, with an elevator that makes the multiple floors doable for different generations. Great views, lovely decks, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds, and furnishings. Easily accommodates a larger group (we had 7 ranging in age from under 2 to 68). Our adult kids love being able to walk to restaurants and pubs. The owners are responsive and easy to communicate with.This was our second time here and we would come back again.

Carolina Beach house

Amazing location and house. The master suite view is incredible and can hear the ocean waves crashing on the beach. We even had dinner 1 night on the deck overlooking the beach. Perfect location close to everything. It was so nice to have plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. Also loved the private pier and beach access. For our family of 6 perfectly! Neighbors were all so friendly. Highly recommend!

Vacation on the beach

Beautiful vacation home with awesome views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Home was very clean , open and spacious and provides the family a very nice place to stay for our week of vacation.

This is a second home for our family. We have extensive past experience with beach rentals to families. We will try to make the process easy. Rather than charging separate fees for laundry service, we provide sheets and towels at no additional cost.

Why they chose this property

You will not find a nicer, cleaner, more comfortable place to stay for your vacation. Hardwood floors, huge kitchen with granite and top-of-the-line appliances, brand new furniture throughout. KING SIZE BEDS in three of the four bedrooms, along with brand new Smart TV's to allow you to enjoy cable television, plus access to your Netflix or Amazon Prime accounts and internet access. Such comfort and luxury isn't available in most beach houses but we want our guests to be comfortable and enjoy their stay. The fourth bedroom is great for kids of all ages, with two bunk beds, one of which has a double bed on the lower half. Even this room has a flat screen TV. Finally, the elevator makes it possible to bring your luggage or groceries inside without having to deal with climbing stairs.

What makes this property unique

Guests can lie in the king size bed of the master bedroom and watch the sun rise over the ocean. The whole crew can enjoy meals or sun-bathe on the deck overlooking the ocean. The private beach access walkway allows our guests to go back and forth to the sand with ease. We provide a large storage cabinet where you can secure your beach toys or other items. And we stock plenty of beach chairs for your use. The nice porch on the living room level is a great place to watch the sun go down after dinner. The Carolina Beach Fishing Pier is only 5 1/2 blocks to the north.
