About this property
Elegant apartment very close to the Accademia Bridge
Recently restored apartment on the first floor of 80 square meters is located in the historic center of Venice, in the Dorsoduro district.
10 minutes from Piazza San Marco and 10 minutes from the Rialto Bridge by ferry.
Finely restored in a Venetian style, with new invoice classic decor. Extremely bright with all the modern comforts. The apartment is provided with a fully equipped kitchen.
It is located on the 1* floor, it can accommodate up to 6 people and has 3 bedrooms and two bathroom.
Apartment with independent entrance, in a quiet area but a few minutes from restaurants, supermarket, bars and tourist areas. Very close to the Cà Rezzonico ferry stop (about 300 meters), from which you can reach all the tourist areas of Venice (Square San Marco, Rialto Bridge, Biennale of Art/Architetur..).
The apartment is about 300 mt (5 minutes walk) from the ferry stop Cà Rezzonico. Very easy to reach both Venice Santa Lucia train station (ferry line number 1) and Venice Marco Polo Airport (Orange Alilaguna ferry).
The Dorsoduro Sestiere is within walking distance of all tourist areas, but not so crowded. Full of restaurants and venues, narrow streets and very characteristic, make this place a magic and enchanting place.
Dorsoduro boasts a rich presence, second only to the sestiere of San Marco, of churches, palaces and museums.
Right in the center of the sestiere we find Campo Santa Margherita, a space very popular with young university students and tourists, considered one of the most lively places in the city. It is the ideal place if you want to stop and try the "spritz", an alcoholic aperitif prepared with prosecco, aperol (bitter) and sparkling water. At night the Campo is one of the places most frequented by young people, who consider it a meeting place for the Venetian nightlife.
A walk along the Fondamenta Zattere is highly recommended, which will allow you to enjoy a very suggestive view of the Giudecca Canal. In spring-summer it becomes one of the most popular places to walk, thanks also to the rich presence along the Fondamenta of bars, ice-cream parlors and restaurants.
The Zattere and Accademia area is also considered one of the most exclusive in the city as it contains within it the rare examples of modern residential architecture.
