About this property
Experience Scenic Star Valley in Natures Playground
Our mountain hide-away is situated on 10 acres of peaceful tranquility! The perfect place to stay to enjoy biking, 4-wheeling, hiking, biking, fishing, wildlife viewing, hunting, boating, golfing, hot springs or just the pleasure of being with nature. It will be hard to believe you are only a mile off Highway 89 and minutes to Thayne, 15 minutes to Afton and less than an hour to Jackson Hole Wyoming. While sitting on the newly constructed deck, having your morning beverage, you may catch a glimpse of the deer, moose, chipmunks and a variety of birds that live in the area. At night, identify the constellations in the beauty of the night sky.
Our house is comfortably equipped with all the items needed to relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the area. There are two bedrooms upstairs, with a king size bed in the master bedroom, and a queen in the second bedroom, as well as a master bath with a shower and a full bathroom across the hall of the second bedroom. Downstairs there are two additional bedrooms, along with a bathroom with shower. The living area downstairs has a new propane stove, loveseat, Roku TV, and extra dining table. A perfect place for kids to hang out and play games. The comfortable upstairs living room has a 50-inch flat screen Roku television and a DVD player. The dining room has a large table with seating for 6. A fully equipped kitchen with complimentary hot beverages for the Keurig. At the end of the day you can relax, read, play board games, do puzzles or if you want to check in with civilization Wi-Fi is available. A washer and dryer are also available for your use.
We are located about an hour south of Jackson, Wyoming and the Grand Teton National Park. If you want to be busy, you will have no trouble filling your days with fishing, hiking, biking, wildlife viewing, river rafting, snowmobiling 4-wheeling, horseback riding, golfing and more. If you are looking for relaxation, you can relax at the house enjoying the many birds and wildlife that make Star Valley their home.
Our views are spectacular. The peace and quiet is priceless!

About the host
Hosted by Cheryl Wilson

Our family grew up in the beautiful Star Valley and Jackson Hole area. It has been a place that brings joy and peace to our lives while enjoying, river rafting, snowmobiling, sledding, hiking, skiing and being immersed in nature. We respect the beauty of the mountains and all of the animals we had the privilege of witnessing in their natural environment. Sitting on the porch of this house, waiting for a deer or moose or just enjoying the happy bird sounds is something everyone should have the pleasure of experiencing. Being in The valley has always been the best prescription for reducing stress levels. The people in the valley are as kind and wonderful as the scenery!
