About this property
Life is better at the beach!
Property is a one bedroom condo in a large complex. It is located just north of Highway 90 or Beach Blvd and across from the beach. The condo accomodates a MAXIMUM OF TWO PERSONS and is quite cozy and nice inside. We have 2 large swimming pools, a workout facility and playground in our complex. The condo is equipped with all major appliances, linens and various glassware and utensils needed to make it your home away from home.
The body of water located closest to the property is the Mississippi Sound. Just south of the Sound is the Gulf of Mexico. Biloxi and the MS Gulf Coast are known for friendly people, great seafood and warm temperatures most of the year. There are lots of golf courses, casinos, endless boardwalks for biking or walking, fishing and lots of other entertainment.

I am originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana and moved to the MS Gulf Coast in 1998. The saltwater, seafood and friendly people were what enticed me to move here and now stay here!
Why they chose this property
The central location of Oak Shores in Biloxi and to the entire MS Gulf Coast make it ideal for a short term investment. The amenities on site and the complex’s proximity to so many good restaurants and outdoor activities make it a win-win for me and my guests!
