We had an amazing week at this beautiful home!

Even though it was cold and raining our entire week while visiting South Padre, we had a wonderful time. Our stay in this beautiful home provided us with a very comfortable and relaxing time. The views to both the bay and the ocean were amazing. Loved everything about this place!! Thank you Mark and Brenda for sharing your home.

Great condo unit in a wonderful condominium complex.

Stayed in this wonderful unit from February 1 - March 15th of 2019. Two story condo (bedrooms are "upstairs")... was very tastefully decorated and furnished with comfortable and "beachy" furniture. Unit had all the bells and whistles necessary for a great stay on South Padre Island, including tremendous views of the Gulf and the Bay. Great heated pool + hot tub and fitness facilities... and one of the best beaches we've been on, only a very short walk away. Owners were very accessible and very nice to deal with. Extra special was the condominium association which offered all manner of activities and group socials. Other owners and renters that we met were exceptionally friendly and warmly included us in their many organized events. We would definitely recommend this unit.

We're so happy that Fran and Richard were Winter guests who enjoyed our island home while taking care of it like their own! They left it tidy and clean - even the coffee cups were perfectly arranged! It was our pleasure to have them stay and enjoy our complex and island life on South Padre!

Sunchase IV in South Padre Island is where we come to relax. Since 1994 we have been coming to the beach with our four sons. Now they bring their children to play at the beach.

Why they chose this property

South Padre Island has been voted the #1 BEACH in Texas! Our condo is 75-yard walk to warm, swimmer-friendly ocean water and clean, white sand beach. It's gated with secure, controlled access from the front and back - perfect for relaxing days at the beach. It's an easy walk to the jetty or restaurants nearby or short drive on Padre Blvd.

What makes this property unique

Ocean views and sitting back relaxing while listening to the waves from oversized balcony is relaxing. Condo was just remodeled featuring new bedding, white oak flooring, solar shades, walk in showers, granite counter tops, stainless appliances and fixtures. Washer/dryer inside condo makes it easy to wash beach towels. We provide fluffy white towels, laundry detergent, paper towels and bathroom toiletries. Watching SPI Fireworks Over the Bay on Thursday and Friday nights from our 6th floor balcony is spectacular!
