You'll find another 2 big bedrooms up with another full bath on the upper level. Big bonus room up with card table, wet bar and microwave.

This High-Quality Luxury home was built for entertaining and sits across the street from river. and bike paths, You'll be greeted by a large vaulted great room with wood ceilings, huge rock fireplace with a custom mantel and barn wood walls. The floating custom wood shelves hold the big screen tv. Sit back on the large reclining sectional for the whole family, you'll find its great for relaxing.

The Chiefs Kitchen features, A large island, Custom hood vent, custom cabinets, top Quality appliances, 2 ovens, microwave, gas range and is fully stocked.( 2 refrigerators one in the garage ) You can't help but to enjoy the fun café nook sitting area.

Relax and wind down in the Incredible master suite with king bed and a one-of-a-kind master bath that features a river rock floor surrounded by tile and rock along with a giant shower and free-standing soak tub. The private front bedroom has a California king and its own private bath. You'll find a custom wood counter with raised sinks held by chains like you have never seen before in the guest bathroom.
Upstairs features a Lg bunk bed area sleeping 6 and another large bedroom with a queen log bed sleeping and additional 2 more for a total of 8 up. There's a big bonus room up as well with wet bar, card table along with a large sectional and big tv .

Outside features a beautiful vaulted covered patio with patio pavers leading to a bbq grill for all your cooking needs. Its great for cooking large breakfast lunch and dinner on the large smooth surface bbq area..

There's also a private enclosed hot tub area for relaxing. You'll find plenty of bikes in the garage for hitting the bike paths.
Air hocky, Ping Pong, Foss Ball, and even cornhole toss. Close to the river for fishing or just viewing. I've heard this may be the best vacation home in Sunriver.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Remove sheets but leave them on top of each bed that was used
Please bring all used towels and put them on laundry room floor
Garbage is once a week please have all garbage out Tuesday night into garbage cans , they pick up Wednesday morning... leave all cans in the garbage ben area do not take up front of home.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No More than 16 people on or around home, No more than 5 cars can be parked on driveway or road, no pets of any kind in or around home.

Wonderful spot for a family reunion

Our family had a wonderful time in this beautiful home, which was very comfortable with tons of space for everyone to relax, especially the covered back patio. The homeowners communicated well, answered all questions promptly, and provided all the comforts we needed. Highly recommend!

Spacious comfort in Sunriver

This property has everything needed for a great stay in Sunriver. The house is well stocked and clean and the large interior layout works really well for a large group. We loved the huge flat top grill on the patio! Although it is a little farther out from the village, the bike path provides quick access and the location is very quiet.

This home is in a beautiful location within Sun River. It has adequate space for everyone. The hosts were very responsive, and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need for your vacation. The house is also well stocked with pantry staples, bikes, games, etc.

Great Family Retreat

Our family of 11 adults enjoyed this property. It is in a quiet part of Sunriver but still easily accessible to all of the surrounding activities. The home has lots of amenities and gathering areas for large groups. We especially enjoyed the back outdoor patio in the mornings. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Beautiful House

We had an amazing time in this beautiful house. It easily accommodated the 12 of us. The kids loved the upstairs bonus room, the kitchen and dining has ample seating and the living room holds a big group. The hosts were very attentive and hospitable. A great time was had by all!

Great Property

We enjoyed the house very much. We had a group of 12 and had plenty of room. The house was a short walk to the river and about a 30 minute drive to Mt. Bachelor. There were plenty of bikes and games in the garage like ping pong and air hockey. The entire group enjoyed the location and amenities.

Ideal For Large Family Reunions

Owner (Steve) was always available via text message and did an excellent job keeping in touch with us. The home was ideal for our family celebration of an 85th and 80th birthday. Fabulous house for a family reunion

My family had a wonderful family reunion at this gorgeous house. We loved the convenience to the bike paths and the river. My grandkids and kids enjoyed the use of the bikes and the games in the garage. Steve and Kim are great hosts and were responsive to our inquiries. They left a nice touch of a gift basket that was enjoyed by all. Would differently rent this house again.

Beautiful home, well equipped, spacious Comfortable beds. In a great location which feels more private and secluded. Definitely needs curtains in the kids room upstairs. Wonderful setting for family vacation

We Loved staying at this beautiful home! There was room for our large family!! The outside covered patio is so enjoyable we spent many hours sitting back there having morning coffee, talking, cooking and watching the deer and people going along the bike path. There were games in the garage to use and bikes for us to enjoy all the trails. Everything worked well and the owners were friendly and responsive!! Just a beautiful home five stars all around!! Great house for a family reunion!

Our family celebrated a 50th wedding anniversary in this large, well designed and well furnished home. Everything worked great; we especially loved cooking on the outdoor flat grill — great for breakfasts! We had a delicious dinner at Carson’s restaurant in the Sunriver Lodge, and enjoyed an afternoon at the SHARC pool complex. Used the bikes in the garage and the ping pong table and foosball too. The house made it possible for 11 of us to enjoy each other and have a great time!

Beautiful home, great for a summer stay

The home is beautiful and the owners are very responsive with any questions/concerns. Special details were left throughout the home including a welcome basket, kids toys in the bunk room, spices in the kitchen, board games, air hockey, ping pong and foosball in the garage. This was all very nice but for our large party who came to Sunriver to ski at Mt Bachelor we would not stay again in the winter months. There is no mud room and very minimal hooks on the walls to hang winter gear. Two of the bedrooms do not have a closet, and one of those rooms is not hooked into the central heat making it quite cold in the winter.

Amazing Home, Amazing Vacation

We had such a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home. Our family of 4 generations (from my 89 year old mother to my 1 year old grandson) had memorable times playing games, watching movies, bike riding, taking walks to the river, and enjoying the many riches of central Oregon. This home made our vacation extra special. The home was just the right size for our family - a large open space that included the kitchen, family room and dining room. This was a great way to stay connected and enjoy everyone's company. Upstairs had a space for the kids to watch movies and play games - they had such a good time in their own space. The outdoor space and furniture were comfortable and provided a very relaxing environment. This home was fully stocked with both cooking utensils and basic supplies. The garage had a ping pong table, foosball table and an air hockey table - which the kids and adults both loved. The bikes at this home we of good quality and all worked well. I am very particular when it comes to cleanliness and this home was meticulously clean when we arrived - which we greatly appreciated. We have stayed at many houses in Sunriver over many years and this home has been one of the best and it fit our family perfectly. The responsiveness and kindness of the owners, Steve and Kim, were evident from my first email communication with them. I appreciate them allowing us to use their beautiful home for our vacation and will definitely stay here again.

3 Gannett for ski trip

House was a great size, and readily fit our 3 generation family with 5 bedrooms for couples and a bedroom and TV room for the kids. Wasn't ideal, but we managed that the one bathroom accessible to the main house was shared by two bedrooms and the access to the hot-tub. Not something that can be fixed, but a half bath would have been great in the original design. Liked having two washers and dryers. In some other places built for large families there have been two dishwashers, this home only one, but we managed fine with one. The kitchen was reasonable well supplied, but could have used a few additional things. Examples include another large pan for cooking. The one present had burned spots on the bottom and was a low quality pan. We adapted and only used it for boiling water for pasta. A garlic press and a better wine opener would have been great, but obviously very minor points. I appreciate how responsible Steve was when we lost power in the middle of the night because of power loss to two homes on the street. He communicated by 8:15 am with us, and it did get fixed by late afternoon.

Beautiful, Spacious, Family Friendly Home

We loved our stay in Sunriver. We were celebrating a 70th birthday and the home did not disappoint! Large enough to comfortably fit our extended family of twelve. The phots and description were spot on. We walked the river path every day and enjoyed all the beauty of the Deschutes! The Village was a bit far for our kids to bike to but the game room in the garage was a great substitute. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions. We love the area and will be back soon!

We were very pleased with the entire place. We are a family of 9 who travel with each other every two years and very in age from the 70's to 14. Varied interests naturly so someplace that can address this is a plus. This spot really hit it for us as there is a large kitchen, well equipped, where we could all gather but also had plenty of spaces where you could just get away if desired. The community was great due to the trails and paved hiking areas which were also enjoyed by all. Overall a great experience.

Great Experience

Our family had a great time and the house only added to our experience. Lots of bike riding and games!!! The kids loved their space and it allowed the grown ups to visit and catch up.
