Our building offers three high-speed elevators. The expansive sundeck, equipped with picnic tables and seasonal umbrella tables with chairs, is perfect for sunbathing and leisurely afternoons. Indoor pool permanently closed Fall 2024. A new outdoor pool to be completed Summer 2026.

• Damage & Incidentals: Up to $1,500 charge for any damage during your stay.
• Check-in: 3 PM | Check-out: 11 AM
• Minimum stay of 3 nights.
• Building Registration: $60 per vehicle per week, due at check-in

Cancellation Policy
• 100% Refund: If canceled at least 14 days before check-in.
• 50% Refund: If canceled at least 7 days before check-in.

Rental Agreement & ID
A signed rental agreement and photo ID are required within 48 hours of booking to confirm your reservation. Failure to return the agreement within this timeframe may result in cancellation.
