Very nice place for a large group. Our grandkids really liked the trails. Very nice location and was very relaxing. The host was always very quick to respond and very helpful if we had questions. We really enjoyed our stay!
Our stay at this property was amazing ! The owners were very hospitable and communicated very well throughout the stay. When we had any issues at the property, the manger was on it immediately

Thank you for the good review. We hope you come stay with us again next season.
Our stay at the Geo House was wonderful! We brought a group and everyone had enough space to rest comfortably! The outside space is enjoyable with a fire pit that is perfect for s’mores! 10 minutes away there is a boat launch that puts you perfectly onto torch lake! If available, we will definitely stay here again!
This house has it all. Jesse was very quick with responses and very helpful with local knowledge. Very well equipped home centrally located for biking and water sports and the hiking trails attached to the home were an extra treat. One of our absolute favorites!
Beautiful house and property, excellent communication
We had 6 kids and 6 adults for our stay at this property and we all loved it. Tons of space and seating, all the kitchen utensils/gadgets we needed, beautiful property with private walking trails. The location is perfect, nice quiet property but just a short drive to many popular areas (our favorite being torch lake). And to top it off, the owner was amazing…excellent communication, so friendly, and he even had a little scavenger hunt for the kids on the property that ended with a prize. We would absolutely return.

Thank you for the great review! We hope to see you back again next summer.
We truly enjoyed our visit! Jesse is a great host and quick to reply to questions. We enjoyed BBQing, bonfire, cornhole, playing pool, cooking meals, and relaxing. We also enjoyed Traverse City shopping, the nearby beautiful beaches, and thrifting. There is a nice Meijer nearby to pick up any needed supplies or groceries. There were 11 of us age ranging from 11-74. We had plenty of space and we all left relaxed and satisfied. Exactly what vacation should be. I would recommend this beautiful home!
This was our first family vacation to this area of the country. We had a great time exploring the area and the house was in a great location for this. It was convenient to Traverse City and we did easy day trips to Mackinac Island, Sleeping Bear Dunes and Leelanau Peninsula.
The house itself was in great shape. We had 10 people and there was plenty of space. The grounds were well kept and we enjoyed the fire pit and BBQ area.
The owners were amazing! There were severe storms one night and the owner was on top of any issues immediately and made sure that the grounds were cleaned up and that we had everything we needed.
Very much recommend this house.

Thank for the great review. We hope to have you come stay here again.
We (four brothers and our brides...all of us still active in our 60s/70s) were looking for a home in the Traverse City area to accomplish three things...celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary with family, find a comfortable property to enjoy each other's company and use the home as a base of operations to play some great golf courses in the area. The Geo House accomplished all three. The unique design worked well for us. It was well furnished with a large family room, plenty of bathrooms and fun/interesting indoor or outdoor activities (pool table, darts, wooded trails, fire pit, corn hole, etc.) Family dinners with all of us seated at the same table was a great plus. Jesse was a great host. We highly recommend the property and would use it again.

Thank you Paul! We loved your review and hope to have you all come back again sometime.
This property was perfect for our stay for my mother’s celebration of life. We had our family of 6 adults plus an 8 month old and my in-laws. We even had room for the friend that drove my in-laws from Indiana. The property is spacious and peaceful. We took walks on the beautiful wooded trails and sat out on the deck listening to the sounds of nature. The pool table downstairs was added fun. We actually didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the property has to offer. We would have loved to use the outside fire pit but time did not allow. The host was available at all times with prompt response. The house is set up with lots of seating for both eating and relaxing. We had plenty of room to spread out and get the things ready for the celebration. This is a great property!
This house was perfect for accommodating a group of girls for a long weekend. The back yard is huge and has a nice fire pit area! Jesse was very helpful when checking in and explained how to use everything.
Family vacation with 4 couples. House has plenty of room inside and lots of outside area as well. Plenty of parking for 4 cars plus a kayak trailer. Yard was large and plenty of room to setup our Cornhole bags which we played each evening. We also took advantage of the fire pit two nights. We brought wood but there is some up there.
Nice grill with one side gas and the other charcoal.
Kitchen was well equipped. Only thing we had to run out for was oven mitts. The double oven was also nice for cooking. Each is a bit smaller than standard, but with 2 of them we had plenty of room.
We weren't sure about the Geo architecture when we reserved, but it was very nice with A LOT of room. 5 bedrooms 2 have twin trundles. Large living room on the main floor with seating for 10 easily. Seating for 10 in eating area (2 tables)
Downstairs had 3 bedrooms with a full bath and living room area with sliders to the back yard.
Close to Torch Lake (about 30 minutes)
Close to Turtle Creek ( about 10 minutes)
Close to downtown traverse City (about 3O minutes)
Hosts were wonderful prior to our arrival and during our stay. Response time was about 10 minutes or less.
We were very happy with our stay and would recommend this place to others.
Property was exactly as described. Our adult children enjoyed just as much as us old-timers. Location provides much to do in local area yet is a great place to come back and enjoy the quiet. Trails and outdoor fire place a great plus. We did have a hiccup with the dryer but when contacted, the owner was out within 30 minutes and repaired the problem. Highly recommended!
Highly recommend this house and their owners. They were very responsive to all of our needs. There are five bedrooms, so plenty of room for a larger family. I love the privacy of the master bedroom and open kitchen concept. I just wish it was closer to Traverse City, otherwise great property.
The house was just as advertised and the outdoor area was beautiful! The house was clean when we arrived. Plenty for space for two families. The washer and dryer weren’t in good working order.

Very sorry about washer not cycling right. We did replace it before next renter. The lint trap needed to be cleaned out after each load. We now have a new front load washer & dryer installed so that should fix any issues for next stay. thanks you for the rating. we would love to have you stay here again some time.
We stayed 14 days in July 2019 for the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival. The house is close to the show and was great for our big group with lots of space for everyone. Jesse was always quick to respond to messages and very accommodating.

Retired Air Force. Married with 2 boys. We fell in love this property & the local area. We hope to allow others a chance to enjoy our property and experience the tranquility it offers. We love seeing our return vacationers each year and stories they share about there experiences during their stay.
Why they chose this property
We bought this property because it's peaceful and away from all the noise of the city but, still a short drive to everything. I love the woods and that the property connects to the state lands with miles of trails to hike and ride on. As far as I know, this is the only geometric dome house in Northern Michigan and I love how unique it is.
What makes this property unique
I love many things about this home. The large deck overlooks beautiful hard woods and chances to view the abundant wildlife. I love the large kitchen that opens up to living room with 25 foot ceilings. The huge master suites are more than spacious. The many windows and glass doors let the morning light in while allowing you to view the birds and other wildlife awaking to enjoy the new day.
