This is definitely not ski on ski off, but had there been more snow it would have at least been almost ski off. The place is rundown, especially the baths rooms, where the tub/shower didn't work in both downstairs bedrooms. The overall unit is nice and the main room and master quite spacious.

Great Location and Comfortable Home

We had a great stay with plenty of space for family. Location cannot be beat for ski access. There were a few more stairs than I had expected.

Summer tour

The properry was quite nice and it is in a great location. There were a couple of annoying things that prevented me from giving it an overall excellent rating. The trash compactor had not been emptied from the previous renter. Two of the televisions had issues. The tv in the MBR didn't work because someone had unplugged all of the cables. Inwas able to locate the cables behind a corner lamp table and correct that issue. The tv in tje second bedroom (queen bed) kept flashing a screen saying an update was needed. I was.not able to remedy that issue.

It was a great stay for the 4 of us. It was close to the ski gondola, very easy walking distance. If there had been snow at the base we could have skied to the property.

Steamboat condo with perfect slope side location

The location is perfect, just a short walk to Gondola square and minutes from ski rental, ski school, ticket office, etc. which makes it a great place for families with children. The layout of the home is not so ideal; LOTS of steps (5 different levels) and not a lot of living area. There is also no way to secure the front door to keep kids from opening and walking outside. Garage is too small for a Suburban-sized vehicle. Decor is outdated but home was clean, and equipped with basic but high-quality dishes and cooking utensils. Hot tubs were just a few steps outside front door and in nice condition.
