This Cayman Condos professionally-managed Oceanfront unit is less than 50 feet from water's edge and offers a full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, cable TV, DVD, central a/c, ceiling fans, hairdryers, safe, washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi and private patio. Sunset Cove is a *2018 & 2019 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence* property! | | Property amenities include the largest swimming pool on Seven Mile Beach with a swim-up snack and cocktail pool bar, a whirlpool, and a separate shallow wading pool for small children. There is a sandy beach with a protected swimming cove as well as a snorkel reef just outside the cove to enjoy. This Seven Mile Beach property location is convenient to all the action. Hidden Gem Behind the old Margaritaville Resort

What an amazing location! Unit 130 was a walk off right onto the beach to their protected cove. Short drive to restaurants and beaches, great pool with swim up bar and grill! Perfect for lunch! Governors beach 7 min drive, Cayman Yacht Club ( used for our stingray city tour) 10 min drive. Ate at Casanova, Peppers, Yukka and Rackams. All a few minutes drive. Ordered take out one night at XQ's for pizza and sandwiches. Shopping five minutes away! I would definitely stay here again!!

Cute condo right on the water

Overall we had a great stay. The condo was nice and well appointed. We loved being able to walk out the patio door and be on the beach. The beach waves were very strong so it was nice having a cove with calm waters. The property itself was a little run down. One of the pools was not functioning and filled with murky water. The front half of the condos are not habitable and some are rented out to local construction workers. There were some sketchy situations around the pool bar with local men. As a group of women we didn’t always feel comfortable. Be sure to visit Picilino’s coffee shop right next to the property and Ms. Pipers for dinner (near the Hampton). The best swimmable beach is 7 mile. We took a quick bus ride to the public access point. You will need bug spray. The mosquitoes were everywhere.

Perfect Vacation even with a hiccup in the beginning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a perfect location for our family vacation. 10 steps to the beautiful beach from the patio. It was quiet and relaxing, which was what we were looking for. The condo was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. If If I need to give a negative it would be—- We were given the wrong keys upon arrival and went back to the office but Roger had left and we were unable to get into the condo for about 5 hours. When we were unable to get in touch with any of the managers/condo contacts listed on our check in instructions we decided to grabbed food and groceries. I saw Kellie (office next door) who was able to get into the office and locate the correct keys for us. She stayed with us until we felt settled and comfortable in our condo. She was amazing. Had I not seen her, we would have needed to get a hotel room for that night and try again the next day. It was a small hiccup at the beginning, but this would have been very upsetting if we were a family with younger children or traveling with our elderly parents.I still give 5 stars......IT IS A BEAUTIFUL LOCATION!

The location at Sunset Cove was pleasant with immediate access to the man made ocean cove in front of the hotel and nice pool and pool bar. The kayaks available to guests were a nice feature as was the nice snorkeling just outside the cove. While we could have stayed at the place all we we chose to dive, visit Rum Point and explore the islands great restaurants. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with others.
