Finca NA PONT- Rustic Finca with 20x10m pool in Campos, Mallorca. Ideal for families- VILLAONLINE

Enjoy the tranquility and privacy, near the town of Campos and about 30-40 minutes from Palma with family friends and children in this fantastic villa, which has everything you need to enjoy your holiday and relax.
The ground floor consists of an entrance hall, 2 double bedrooms (one double and a two indivudual 90cm beds), 2 bathrooms, kitchen and large living room overlooking the pool and terrace, in the same lounge there is access to the outside. The first floor has 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom each.
In the attic there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with double bed and 2 single beds and the second bedroom has 3 single beds and a sofa bed for 2 people and between the two bedrooms is a full bath and a gym.
Outside you can enjoy the porch and terraces, barbecue grill and a huge garage for 4-5 cars and ample storage. Nearby you can enjoy peace and privacy, near the town of Campos and about 30-40 minutes from Palma.

Weltklasse...

Die Finca ist eine Wucht! Großzügige Zimmer, tolle Ausstattungen und zuverlässiger Service. Sehr positiv auffällig ist die voll ausgestattete Küche für bestimmt 20 Personen mit Geschirr, wie Teller, Tassen, Gläsern, Pfannen und Töpfen. Geschirrspüle samt Geschirrspültabs vorhanden, ebenso Wischtücher und Spülseife. Weltmeisterlich die zwei Waschmaschinen und zwei Trockner sowie zwei großen Kühlschränken (für reichlich Getränke...:-) ). Hand- und Badetücher werden reichlich zur Verfügung gestellt (mehr als genug!). Super Surround-Anlage im Wohnzimmer mit internationalem und deutschem Receiver (und damit deutschen Fernsehen). Sogar eigene "Laser-show" möglich durch spotlights und Kristallkugel. Gewaltiger Esszimmertisch im Wohnbereich; da waren schon das ein und andere Mal ein paar "Turnübungen" erforderlich, um an die Fleischplatte oder die Marmelade zu kommen...). Volle Terrassen-Ausstattungen mit Tischen und Sesseln (Stühlen). Toiletten neu, Duschen mit vollem Wasserdruck und Warmwasser lassen den Tag super beginnen. Riesiger und schön anzusehendem Swimmingpool mit erfrischendem Wasser. Tiefste Stelle locker 2,50 m! Großer eingelassener Grill mit zwei sehr großen Edelstahl-Rosten ist samt Extra-Beleuchtung und Dunstabzugshaube in der Garage vorhanden. Alles sehr professionell durchdacht. Das einzige, das wir beanstanden müssten ist, dass in der unmittelbaren nahen Nachbarschaft offensichtlich ein Hundehalter lebt, der seinen Hund angeleint hält oder nicht im Griff hat. Bedeutet, dass vormittags zwischen 09.00 und 10.00 Uhr und nachmittags ein Hund ohne Pause bellt und somit die schöne Ruhe am Pool doch sehr "beeinträchtigt". Da kann natürlich der Eigentümer der Finca nichts dafür; ich wollte es auch nur anmerken. Resümee für uns zwölf Personen: Die Finca ist super toll und sehr empfehlenswert. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist dort richtig (bis auf das Hundegebell). Die Finca ist qualitativ hochwertig ausgestattet und der Verwalter sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht. Dafür meinen (unseren) lieben Dank. Für die nächsten Interessenten viel Spaß und Freude. Ihr werdet ihn haben, den Spaß und die Freude. Jens und Familienanhang aus Hamburg und Kronach.

Cooler Urlaub zu zwölft

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz und schönen Pool. Nur das wenn der Grundwasser Spiegel sinkt ist im Haus gar kein Wasser mehr zu haben da müsste Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Sonst gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.
