Our property is strategically located, just 5 miles from Anna Maria Island Gulf Beach. Near a host of attractions and activities. The spacious nautical decorated large 32 x 12 room, adorned with blue blackout draperies, features a new queen sized bedroom set, a living room with twin reclining loveseats, and a small kitchenette for non-cooking purposes. The full private bathroom is equipped with a linen closet, bathtub, shower, beach towels, and toiletries. Entertainment is provided by a TV with Alexa Fire Stick, offering Prime, Disney+, Hulu, and local/world news and weather updates and the wildlife in the large backyard wooded area. Private designated parking is provided for reserved guests only, conveniently located near a well-lit path to their private dedicated entrance. The property's location provides easy access to attractions like the AMI Beach Street Pier, Bradenton Convention Center, IMG Academy, and the expansive Robinson Preserve. Additional nearby activities include kayaking, water horseback riding, De Soto Park, theaters, arts, farmers markets, Le Com Pirates Baseball Stadium, 2-hospitals, GT Bray Park, Pickleball courts, the downtown Bradenton Riverwalk and the new AMI Island Ferry's, jazz music festivals, golfing, fishing, sunset boat tours, Cortez Fishing Festival & vast restaurants and churches. A wide array of dining options is available both on and off Anna Maria Island, all within a 0.4 to 10-mile radius. Our large comfortable room is designed with your comfort, privacy and convenience in mind. The kitchenette is perfect for preparing light meals such as microwavable dishes, sandwiches, salads, with a coffee pot and tea kettle. Please note that cooking is not permitted inside or outside and no cooking appliances are allowed. There are vast breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurants available on Anna Maria Island and in our surrounding area from breakfast to dinner. Due to code and insurance requirements only registered guests, NO visitors allowed on the property. Children under 14 years of age are not permitted due to code, and pool safety. The pool is exclusively for the use of registered guests during their stay. The pool is not heated. Guests are encouraged to review our 5-Star Reviews. Our neighborhood primarily consists of retired professionals, Christians who take pride in maintaining their homes and are known for being friendly with a smile and helpful. Residents and tourists alike relish morning walks, bike rides, and leisurely strolls to Palma Sola Bays within walking distance and a cup of morning coffee, croissants and friendly conversation at the new Starbucks. As a non-smoking property and allergies, we strictly prohibit smoking, vaping, and cooking and no pets allowed. Guests violating these rules will be exited and charged a minimum fee of $4,500.00 by Pro Clean of Tampa Bay for professional odor and stain removal.
