Pirates’ Landing is upscale & shipshape, where nearby entertainment & outstanding recreation abounds.

Overlook a Key West style courtyard featuring sun warmed swimin hole & hot tub. Hammock Time Too offers 2 BICYCLES & a two~person KAYAK with gear. Courteous SMOKING allowed on screen porch.

Public boat launch is located directly adjacent to property.

Covered parking for one small/med 'vessel' directly under unit. Additional parking on property for vehicles, boat & trailer.

‘Hammock Time Too’ boasts a private ELEVATOR for use by Pirates staying 7+ days or on request during shorter visits.

King bed & Massage table in Capt'n Quarter's, air mattress for the living room on main deck.

Townhome has three decks.
*1st - Screen Porch with dining table, patio sofa, hammock & swinging hammock chair.
*2nd - Living room with kitchen, full bath, TV/Stereo/DVD/VHS/Chromecast.
*3rd - Master Quarters, king bed, portable massage table, full bath, TV/Chromecast/DVD player, separate sitting area.

Yore upscale galley has everything you need! Granite countertops, stainless appliances, oven, stove, dishwasher, ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, blender, sinkerator. If ye come prepared to cook yore own grub, it's full stocked. Pots, pans, crock pot, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, oil, seasonings etc.

Gas Weber BBQ on 1st deck overlooks swimmin hole, tub & courtyard.

YORE LOOT:
2 bicycles & 1 two person kayak, + gear @ no additional Shillings.

No Bones bout it! Hammock Time Too is decorated in an "adult" theme & may not be suitable for some young Buccaneers
Must climb stairs from ground to 1st, 2nd, & 3rd decks.
ELEVATOR available on request. Elevator from ground to 1st & 2nd, ye must climb or crawl to Captains Master Quarters on 3rd deck.

If during your stay damage occurs, items are missing, or 'ship' is left abnormally dirty, we will repair damage, replace missing items, and/or perform a deep clean at Guest’s expense. Scurvy Pirates refusing to pay will be flogged & forced to ‘Walk the Plank’. No Parley discussions! Savvy?!
