Location Location Location

A beautiful house overlooking the ocean with spectacular sunsets. The house is very comfortable and nicely decorated. A few minor repairs that can be done but overall we had a wonderful time. The area is spectacular as well with lots of things to do and villages to visit and restaurants in the neighborhood that serve wonderful food. It was our first time in this area but we would definitely would like to come back!

Un séjour plein de charme et très reposant

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable et reposante dans un cadre magnifique, la vue depuis la maison (depuis toutes les pièces) est splendide.Tout fonctionnait très bien, chauffage, équipements de la cuisine.L'accueil par le représentant du propriétaire était très sympathique et rassurant.

Bonnes vacances

Belle maison conforme aux photos, super vues. Cuisine bien équipée et nos enfants ont adoré l'accès direct plage. Terrain avec 3 maisons en pente, chacune avec sa vue mer et bien isolée. Ce n'était pas clair dans l'annonce mais cela ne gênait pas vraiment. Cette maison est celle du milieu avec escaliers vers plage.

Agréable séjour dans magnifique villa avec vue imprenable sur l'océan

Accueil chaleureux Jardin fleuri bien entretenu Grande maison agréable bien équipée et bien exposée: environnement calme et reposant, terrasse côté mer et terrasse côté jardin avec douche extérieure , idéales pour l'apéro Garage privé fermé... Accès privé à la plage: au mois de juin cela donne l'impression d'avoir une plage privée car peu de baigneurs présents. Vue de la plage sur la Dune du Pyla, le banc d'Arguin, le Cap Ferret et le bassin d'Arcachon... J'ai adoré ! Accès aux dunes du Pyla par la plage (idéal pour footing matinal le long de la Dune ), adresse proche restaurants et supérettes, du marché de la Teste de buch, Arcachon n'est pas loin (le Cap Ferret accessible par bateau) L'accès privé à la plage n'est pas adapté à une personne à mobilité réduite.

Une maison première ligne vue mer à l'emplacement idéal

Séjour de rêve dans une maison très confortable, au calme, qui permet de voir la mer en permanence. Très bien placée, elle permet de rejoindre la dune du Pyla à pied en quelques minutes. De nombreux restaurants de qualité sont à proximité. Idéale également pour les promenades à vélo. Grande qualité d'accueil et disponibilité permanente du contact sur place. Précieux. Nous avons juste hâte de pouvoir y retourner.

Bouffée d’air face à la mer

Très jolie maison avec une vue sur la mer et le coucher de soleil. À deux pas de la dune du pilat. Belle espace de vie ouvert sur le jardin, idéale pour une famille. L’accueil est très chaleureux. Nous reviendrons!

Quiet and rest assured Magnificent view of the Banc d'Arguin and Cap Ferret. The Dune of Pilat is only a 5-minute walk away. The landscaped garden is very inviting for relaxation. The house is new; it offers all the modern comforts.
