The house has been completely renovated and equipped with new equipment. It has an entrance, a living-dining room and an equipped kitchen opening onto a shaded south-facing interior courtyard.
It has a master suite, a large bedroom with a 160 bed, a wardrobe and a bathroom with 120 shower and vanity unit with large mirror.
It has another bedroom with bay window overlooking the interior courtyard, a 160 bed and a wardrobe; above this room, a mezzanine has 1 sleeping area of 120.
The inner courtyard is ideal for a moment of calm relaxation; it is equipped with a barbecue and a garden furniture.
A second bathroom is composed of a large shower, vanity unit and large mirror.
 2 separate toilets, one of which has a hand basin.
the living room sofa also allows 2 quality beds in a 140 bed.
For your comfort, the house is equipped with a TV, an internet connection (WiFi and TV), a washing machine, a dishwasher and central heating with instant hot water production, and high quality bedding.
We provide sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers, tea towels and hand towels.
The house is functional for 2 couples with children.
you can take the train to go for a walk in La Rochelle. The journey takes about ten minutes.

Superbe maison au centre de Chatelaillon

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison, tout était parfait. La communication avec Sylvie, la localisation de la maison (à 2 pas de la plage), le patio extérieur, la propreté de la maison et son agencement très fonctionnel. Excellent séjour. La maison est très agréable bien située par rapport au centre et au bord de mer. Spacieuse, pratique avec une salle de bain pour chaque chambre. Il ne manque rien. Le plus c’est la cour intérieure à l’abri du vent pour y déjeuner ou se reposer dans les transats à notre disposition. Êt que dire des propriétaires sinon qu’ils sont très sympathiques et à l’écoute. Une très bonne expérience et nous reviendrons à l’occasion avec plaisir.

Maison très bien située et bien agencée. Nous étions 2 amies qui souhaitaient se ressourcer à la mer, mais nous avions chacune notre espace, idéale pour 2 couples. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de retrouvailles entre copines. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très accueillants. Hâte d’y revenir , tout était parfait.
