Sea Master 113 is a large three-bedroom, three-bathroom ocean front condo located 0.7 miles north of the Garden City Pier. This ocean front corner unit sleeps eight plus, has a fully equipped kitchen and features a furnished balcony with great views overlooking the pool area and ocean. Sleeping accommodations include a king master bedroom, queen middle bedroom and a double and single in the third bedroom, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the den. Large flat screen TV in den along with flat screens in each bedroom. All TV's have full cable. Wi-Fi also provided. Common area includes a large swimming pool, two elevators, and two coin-operated laundry rooms per floor. Seamaster also has an overflow parking lot. No trailers or golf carts. No pets. Check-out maid service and linens included with small fee.

Family vacation

The Condo was very clean and beautifully decorated! Fully equipped kitchen. Perfect location… couldn’t get any closer to the beach!! Great pool!! The host is the best!!! He made us feel right at home . We’ll definitely be coming back!!

Great Location

This is in a great location, right on top of the beach with a pool right downstairs. There's also grocery stores right on top of you and of course the great seafood in Murrells Inlet.

A FANTASTIC STAY

This property is exactly as advertised -- home was nice, comfortable, and just what we needed. Property owner is great at communicating! We didn't have any problems but if we did, I feel sure he would have handled it right away. Just steps from the pool and ocean!

We had a great vacation! The condo is in a perfect location! Close to the pool and beach. The rooms are spacious and the decor is so nice. We felt at home there! Great location!

This is a great space for a small group (6-8 people). The location is awesome and you are steps away from the sand. There were some issues upon arrival but Gary (the owner) was quick to handle them. He was great to communicate with and very helpful. Would recommend this property.

Right on the beach

We had a girls trip with 6 women.. Everyone had plenty of room. Beds were comfy.The balcony is right over the beach. Out the door and just a few steps to the pool or the beach. Would definitely rent again.

Nice Location

We loved the proximity to the beach. Very convenient. We were able to go in as needed and return to the beach easily. The balcony was always nice to sit in. It was a lil close to the pool but only noisy on occasion. The condo was great for our needs. The AC was a lil warmer in some rooms over others and light switches were a lil weird but once we figured it out it was ok. The condo was clean and the owner was very easy to get a hold of. If you’re looking for a condo right on the beach this one was perfect for that!

The Balcony Sold Me!

My family of 5 plus friends thoroughly enjoyed our week at this condo. There was plenty of room for everyone. It is very well stocked for cooking your own meals or is close to many restaurants if you decide to eat out. The balcony is literally on the beach and the condo is also poolside, which is great when you have kids of different ages to keep an eye on. The beds were very comfortable and the unit contained more than an ample amount of extra linens. The owners were great and even helped us carry in our belongings! We were provided with 3 parking passes and finding a space was never a problem. Pool area is nice with plenty of seating and you are literally just a few steps to the sand. Can’t wait to book our vacation here again for fall or summer!

Awesome Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gary's condo. Everything was as described in the listing. When we arrived the unit was clean and had plenty of sheets, pillows, blankets, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap and cleaning supplies of we needed extras. The cabinets were also stocked with essentials like salt/pepper, oil, etc. The living room furniture was clean and very comfortable for movie nights. The king bed in the master suite was very comfortable (I didn't sleep on the others) and the view looking out over the ocean from the master was incredible. Having access from the master to the balcony was a plus. There were five adults and two children in our party and we all felt like we had plenty of privacy as each room has it's own full bathroom. We did cook several meals and found the kitchen nicely stocked with everything needed to cook a family sized meal. The front bedroom was a little warm as noted in a few other reviews, however, as soon we got to the condo we set up the fans that are in the closets, one in the bedroom and one in the hallway, and that helped pull the cool air towards the room. The air conditioning works well so with the fans and the ceiling fan the front bedroom was comfortable. I was concerned that with the close proximity of the unit to the pool and the beach access we may hear a lot of noise, but we never did. Actually, the location was perfect as it wasn't far to walk to be at the pool or the beach. You really are steps away from both! Being able to look out over the ocean from the living area and the beach/pool from the balcony was great. Even on the one day it rained we had a lovely view. Gary is a very responsive host and reached out on multiple occasions before and during our trip to ensure we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We didn't have any issues but I feel confident he would have been on top of it if needed. We all agreed that this was one of the best beach vacations we have had and will definitely book this unit again in the future. Many thanks to Gary for sharing his happy place with us!

The location right on the beach couldn't have been more convenient for our family with children, and it's a gorgeous spot!! So very nice that each bedroom has it's own personal bathroom. Condo had everything we needed to start our vacation, and it was well stocked with spices, DVDs, and extra blankets and games. Gary is an excellent communicator and made sure we had all the info we needed for a lovely weeklong (much needed) vacation!! We highly recommend this location...we had an absolute blast and look greatly forward to visiting again!

Ocean front paradise

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. The location and access to the beach was great. The Dead Dog Cafe is an absolute must if you’re in the area. Gary was wonderful to work with. The location of this property was great! Right on the sand and water. Easy access from the beach and pool. Gary was very helpful and attentive. Parking was tricky but manageable. New recliners were nice! Surface cleaning was good but the entire condo needs a deep clean, especially the kitchen. If you need good AC like I do, the condo was nice and cool except the front bedroom. It never cooled off. One working stand fan was provided. The porch was great for people watching and the chairs were good quality. Umbrella and chair rentals are available right in front of the condo.
