Welcome to 1 East Wind!! This five bedroom, four and a half bathroom home is located third row ocean in Palmetto Dunes – it takes only two and half minutes to walk to the beautiful beach! This home is all one level and can accommodate up to fourteen guests.

This home features a private pool and spa. As long as the temperature doesn't fall below 55 degrees, you are all set to enjoy FREE pool & spa heat typically March through May & September through October. Additionally, it is dog friendly allowing up to two dogs maximum - the pet fee is $250 plus tax.

The dining room table can seat up to eight. There is a breakfast table with seating for four plus additional bar top seating in the kitchen. The kitchen, living area and dining areas are all open. The living room has plenty of seating and a 65” flat screen TV. The kitchen has a large island, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Steps away is a wet bar with a wine/beverage cooler.

The second living area has a large sectional sofa and an 82” flat screen TV with access to the pool deck. There is a powder room and washer/dryer located off the main living area.

There are two master suites both with king beds and flat screen TVs. They both have a private bathroom with a double vanity, large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom has two twin beds with a 32” flat screen TV. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower and is located just outside the door. Bedrooms four and five each have two queen beds in them and flat screen TVs. They share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

There is a small patio just off the dining area with a gas grill. Being steps away from the beach – this home is ideal for your next Hilton Head Island getaway!

• Private Pool & Spa:14 feet by 28 feet and has a depth of 3 to 5 feet. The pool and spa are able to be heated seasonally only. Neither will heat if the temperatures drop below 55 degrees at any point during your stay. Must call Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your arrival to arrange for pool/spa heat.

• Dog Friendly: This home permits a max of two dogs to stay in the home. The pet fee is $250 plus tax – must reach out to our office in advance to confirm and pay the additional pet fee

Palmetto Dunes vacation

We loved this property! The location is perfect- close to the beach and a short bike ride to general store. The pool was a nice size, house has 2 living areas and kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. I definitely recommend this beautiful vacation home. Barb

Great rental property!

This house fit our needs perfectly! The open floor plan was great for our family. We spent a lot of time by the pool which had a lot of seating and the proximity to the beach was closer than we expected. The property management company was great to deal with too. We will be back to PD and would rent this house again.

Great home for our family

Everything was amazing. Pool was the best and plenty of room for the kids. Couple little suggestions... For a 5 bedroom home there should be much more laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags and dish soap. I understand buying more paper towels and toilet paper. Thank you for considering the next large family. We had a wonderful vacation. Thank you.

NO SPACE FOR WORKING AT HOME. Two at home worker had to improvise. Facility not ready at check in. Had to sit in the rain for 45 minutes. Went into the house even though the cleaners were not finished. Ice maker does not function properly...had to buy ice the entire time.

Amazing Family Gathering Place

We had ages spanning from 9 months to 64 years. The layout of the house with its large bedrooms and bathrooms made unpacking and getting comfortable easy. The extra half bath was a plus! The multiple large living spaces allowed plenty of room to do lots of activities when we were inside (game cabinet was great). We spent tons of time in the refreshing pool and hot tub, and loved the beautiful, lush, and easy walk to the uncrowded beach, with its clean sand and lovely tide pools. We also appreciated the laundry, the lovely neighborhood setting, and the proximity to the ocean, as well as the tennis and pickleball courts. We would love to visit again, and would most definitely recommend 1 East Wind!

Amazing Stay

The house is beautiful and very spacious. Besides the expected linens and bath towels, they also provided us with beach towels and beach chairs. The house has multiple flat screen TVs which the kids loved. The pool is beautiful and was very warm when we were there. The house is super close to the beach which was the biggest selling point for our group. But one of the best things about this house was the property manager. We had a wonderful, seamless experience dealing with them. There was a hurricane when we were there and the manager promptly sent a crew to help clean the pool. They also sent timely reminders about arrival and departures. It was just great to work with them.

The house was nice for the 13 of us especially since it rained most of the week. There are 2 areas for hanging out which was nice. The dining room table is large enough to seat 10 easily. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and the beds comfortable.the house is nicely decorated.The pool out back was a plus as we had children of various ages. Perhaps there could be additional seating out there. A few suggestions there is no vent in the kitchen over the stove also a large colander.Parking was tight as we had 4 cars that really didn't fit as you could not park on street.The neighborhood was really nice to bike or just walk around in. I would recommend this property for sure

Coastal Home & Villa was great as usual! Very professional, responsive, and helpful! We ran out of propane and it was replaced by the time we went to the beach and back. If possible, always go thru Coastal Home & Villa, they are great!!
