hendaye stay

Location and check in and checkout was perfect.however, apartment needs renovating and painting.No wifi provided. This is most unusual for it not to have wifi.both bathrooms could also do with renovation.

L'emplacement est ideal avec une vue magnifique sur la plage. La place de stationnement est appreciable. L'appartement est spacieux mais les prestations ne sont pas a la hauteur du prix, tout est vieillissant, aucune chaleur ni personalité, c'est domage

Très déçu du logement, vétuste, seul point positif la vue

Arrivée le matin pour récupérer les clés à square habitat, nous payons le ménage 120 euros en fin de séjour. Nous arrivons à l'appartement et la bonjour la déception, appartement retapé sans soin peintures moches, salle de bains vieillotte, meubles de cuisines n'en parlons pas et niveau propreté la table en verre de la cuisine toute sale et celle du balcon toute rouillée devait venir le lundi pour la changer n'est jamais venu, si les anciens locataire ont payés 120 euros de ménages, l'agence ne perd pas d'argent, latte d'un sommier tombé obligé de les remettre nous même, que des grandes couettes des oreillers à mettre à la poubelle, lave vaisselle pas vidé enfin j'en passe voilà notre avis

bad service, apartment not clean, kitchen not good equipt,

The apartment itself has a very good location, but the equipment, especially the kitchen and the service was not good. The furniture (especially kitchen and Bath) is quite worn. Besides there has been not one fresh cleaning utensil (sponge, cloth etc.) As we mooved in the apartment was not clean (kitchen, floor, arm chair and the whole tarrace+Windows). The service was not good, there have been 2 major things: There has been no hand over of the apartment. We had to pic up the keys from a safe an needed to bring them to the agency before 10 am as we moved out. Noone was there. We cleaned ad leased the same standard we got the flat ! We unfortunately didn’t take pictures as we moved in! At the end we had to pay 120 EUR cleaning fee which was not fair.

SUPERBE VUE - BON EMPLACEMENT

Bel appartement avec de beaux volumes, bien équipé. Reçu propre- place de parking appréciable- logement parfait car deux salles de bain avec wc chacune. le canapé lit va bien pour un enfant ou deux enfants en bas âge, un peu juste pour adultes. la vue est très belle. remise et restitution des clés très simple. Rien à dire, on y reviendra !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour a part le temps mais vous n'y êtes pour rien. sinon le logement est très bien situé, très confortable. bine agencé. l'accueil de l'agence trés agréable.

La localisation est incroyable, la vue sur la plage est imprenable. Le salon est très grand et tout comme les deux chambres et la cuisine il donne sur l'immense terrasse qui domine la mer. Magnifique.

Vue sur mer admirable mais dommage appartement à renové

Appartement tres grand, beau sejour, grande cuisine, deux chambres assez grandes et balcon sur toute la longueur du logement. Literie des petits lits bonne. Convecteurs qui ne chauffent pas, le four non plus, casserole et poele trés usées, couverts qui cassent ( mauvaise qualité), Agence carmen trés compétente et disponible en cas de problème.

c'est la seconde année que je loue cet appartement. Il est très bien .Rien à redire et j'espère le relouer pour l'année prochaine car il correspond exactement à mon attente. Il est bien adapté à une personne à mobilité reduite.

Außen Hui Innen naja

Die Lage der Wohnung, insbesondere der Blick und das Meeresrauschen entschädigen die lieblose Einrichtung. Küchenaustattung vom kleinen Löffel bis zum Kochgeschirr =Katastrophe. Sauberkeit, wir sind nicht pingelig, naja.. Hellhörigkeit.. OHA Wir waren nur zu dritt Vater,Mutter,Tochter und sind einigermaßen klargekommen (hatten allerdings eigene Pfanne, "großen" Topf (3 Liter) usw. mit. Bei 6 Personen Belegung wohlmöglich noch 2 Familien...... Denen wünsche ich viel Langmut und Improvisasion-Kraft. Achso die Betten sind gut (für 4 Personen) Und zum Schluß... sehr ärgerlich habe die Kaution Bar bezahlt und 6 Wochen später noch nicht wieder bekommen. Kurzum Lage 5 Sterne Wohnung 1 Stern

très trèrs bon séjour .Pour le rendre plus agréable il faudrait faire un effort sur l'équipement de la cuisine:fouet,ménagère correcte (qui ne se courbe pas sur du pain de mie , plat à tarte pour 6à8 personnes une poele pour 6 personnes et non pour 4 et un ensemble de cuisine non pas en plastique mais en métal. A part cela l'appartement est très agréable et je le relouerais avec un grand plaisir

Un appartement conforme au descriptif et photo, très agréable, spacieux, calme avec une superbe vue tout en étant proche de tous les commodités Juste un bémol sur l'état du petit électro ménager, pas de bouilloire, cafetière fonctionnant mal, grille pain out, aspirateur peu efficace et manche de balai cassé Globalement très agréable appartement pour famille voulant profiter au maximum d'une belle vue et de la proximité des plages

Appart qui pourrait être superbe !

Un appartement magnifiquement bien situé, grand avec une superbe terrasse sur la mer, à 2 pas de tout, ce pourrait être le paradis ! Mais l'appart est très mal entretenu et mal rénové, assez mal équipé (en tenant compte de tout ce qui ne marche pas), et surtout n'est pas fait pour 6 personnes comme indiqué, à moins de changer le "canapé-lit" qui n'en n'est pas réellement un (pas de housse dessus, pas possible de border les draps car un seul bloc, et petit). En résumé, en changeant tout ce qui ne marche pas + le canapé-lit et en rajoutant quelques petits détails pratiques (multi-prise dans la cuisine par ex., avoir 2 petites + 2 grandes couettes à la place des 3 grandes et des 15 oreillers !!!, ...) cet appart serait magnifique. Ce serait bien également de préciser les tailles des lits (2 x 90 dans 1 chambre et 2 x 90 serrés dans l'autre).

Situation exceptionnelle face à l'océan

Appartement spacieux et propre. Équipement global minimal (mobilier un peu juste dans les chambres, manque de supports dans les salles de bains....) mais néanmoins suffisant. Situation centrale très pratique - Vue sublime - Tranquille pour nous en ce début de Septembre - Attention à vos bas de caisse de véhicules pour l'entrée du parking souterrain(bas de caisse bien raclé)- Excellent accueil de l'agence, notamment celui de Marie-Catherine. Mais nous n'en disons pas plus... pour être sûrs de pouvoir y retourner quand nous voudrons.... car c'est certain.... nous reviendrons :o)
