When I arrived at the apartment, there was an unbearable mold smell.

When I arrived at the apartment, there was an unbearable mold smell, my daughter is allergic to mildew, I checked the air conditioner and saw that the filter was out of place and totally dirty. My daughter had to go to sleep in another apartment also rented by a relative who was unscented and totally clean. I tried to contact the administrator through messages and did not get answers. I bought the air conditioning filter. I also found leakage behind the toilet bowl, and dampness on the bathroom furniture, which was possibly triggering the musty smell. I found the kitchen poorly equipped, with few dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, etc.
