Beautiful West Midtown Home, Minutes From Everything

You will feel right at home in this charming neighborhood that is minutes from the dining and shopping scene of West Midtown, Midtown, and Buckhead as the well outdoor spaces of Piedmont Park and the Atlanta BeltLine. Lovely walkable area with nearby parks, a variety of restaurants, and a grocery store. Just a short ride away from anywhere in the city - Your ideal Atlanta location. Our main level suite is perfect for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and small groups.

During your stay, you will have access to the entire home. Access to the top story requires the ability to walk upstairs. The master suite comes with a king-size bed and an attached bathroom with double sinks. The remaining upstairs rooms share a bathroom with a shower and tub. One bedroom has a queen bed, while the other has a full.

Downstairs is complete with two additional bedrooms, both with queen beds, and a shared bathroom with a standup shower. The kitchenette comes with a gas stovetop, convection toaster oven, microwave, and mini-fridge. A scrub brush and dish detergent are available for dirty dishes.

There is an office area available if you are traveling for work or need to bring work along with you while you travel. There is also a TV/hangout room on the far side of the house, as well as in the downstairs living room, perfect if part of your party wants to stay up while the rest turn in for the night.

The kitchen is supplied with coffee needs as well as pots and pans if you decide to cook from home. A dishwasher and detergent are available upstairs if needed. Please return all kitchen items to the appropriate level. Towels, bath needs (including hairdryers), bedding, and linens are provided for all guests.

The outdoor common areas are available for all guests to enjoy. There are two driveways and free street parking available if you come with a car.

We loved the house! It was perfect for our family's visit to the area for my cousin's wedding. The beds were VERY comforting!!! The lower level came in handy separating the 2 with littles vs others who wanted to sleep in. The 2 driveways came in handy as well! If we find ourselves back in the area, we'd stay here again.

Family weekend

This home was a wonderful location for our family Memorial Day weekend gathering. The location is fantastic, we had easy access to all attractions in downtown Atlanta as well as a short drive to Truist Park for a Brave’s game. Host was quick to respond to any questions, and even recommended favorite restaurants and activities in the area.

This is the perfect house for a group of friends! I really appreciate that all the rooms have large beds and we don’t have to put people in bunk beds. The location is amazing, close to restaurants, shopping, and parks. I highly recommend staying here!

This home worked really well for our family. Three bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. The location was close to our extended family, which was important, but also really accessible from 75. We weren’t in the home a ton but it had all that we needed, and the beds and pillows were comfortable for all.

My colleagues and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this West Midtown home. The house was spacious and clean with excellent amenities. The rooms felt cozy, and there were plenty of them for our group. The home is not far from a MARTA station (so easy enough to get to/from the airport), and the location was perfect for our visits to both Decatur and Marietta for our work events. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

We had a lovely long weekend stay at this house. It was just as expected, clean and well equipped. The owner was the nicest human and very easy to communicate with. If you're looking to be close to the city but in a quieter setting and have MANY comfortable places to sleep, this is an amazing option.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

We were in town for the Passion 2024 conference and wanted to stay close to Mercedes Benz Stadium but not in a hotel. We were so happy with this rental! It was just a few minutes from the stadium and close to lots of restaurants. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and will definitely stay here again! Property was nice! Great location and proximity to most attractions. Very spacious and lots of room for us 5 ladies to spread out. The rental was perfect for our stay. We had multiple generations staying for the long weekend for a wedding we were attending. Brooke was an amazing host and available to answer any questions we had,The listing was exactly as stated. We rented both the upper level and lower level which worked great with one family that had babies. It was such a blessing that she had two pack'n'plays for us to use,All the beds were comfortable, especially the king in the primary bedroom.The kitchen we well appointed with plenty of dishes to accommodate 8 adults for several meals.The young adults in our group found plenty of space to work remotely both in the multiple living spaces and the office space.The location was awesome and the neighborhood felt very safe. It was within walking distance to Chick fil A and a few other restaurants. And there is a park just a few blocks away.We would stay there again.

This house is very accommodating for large groups. The owner was very responsive and our stay was enjoyable. There were 6 of staying there and had more than enough room. The lower level is amazing. Had a full kitchen area, ice machine, t.v and 2 large bedrooms. Laundry room with nice appliances. The two ladies who stayed down there felt like they had their own private oasis. Quiet neighborhood and perfect for our ladies annual golf trip. Great home!

Perfect Atlanta Getaway

This wasn’t our first time to the Atlanta area and so we knew what we wanted. We were traveling with extended family and children. We knew we wanted something in the north Atlanta area. Our trip was to go to the Aquarium and Zoo, which I would highly recommend both. This property had amazing size on the inside and 5 comfy bedrooms. We were able to cook breakfast and did one dinner in and one dinner out at a great local place called The Big Catch Saltwater Grill. The host was incredibly responsive. If you’re going to Atlanta you want this hidden Gem less than 5 minutes to the intestate and within 15 minutes drive of anything you want to do in Atlanta.

We have be able to travel around a lot of the US and have enjoyed personalizing the experience by staying in more intimate settings, like through VRBO. It only seemed natural that we would one day host ourselves.

I am an avid animal lover with two cats of my own and a passion for training dogs in basic obedience. My daytime job is in tech working with our clients on a daily basis. We are in the season of life where our family is growing and we are looking forward to the adventure of parenthood.
