Relaxing private getaway nestled deep in the woods. Beautifully updated private home tucked away in Sag Harbor with tennis, basketball and in ground heated pool, hot tub and outdoor barrel sauna. Close to all 5 Hamptons Towns, beaches, restaurants and wildlife refuge. All on 2 private acres surrounded by 80 foot tall trees.
A great house with high ceilings and open living area!
Quiet private neighborhood. Home is recently nevoated locates behind golf course. Great area!

Our family had an incredible time at this property. The pool and tennis court were in great shape and we were able to walk to the beach in a nature refuge. Host was very friendly and responsive. Amazing vacation!

Perfect Getaway with Pool and Tennis Court

We had a great stay at this rental home! The pool was a perfect spot to unwind, while the tennis court provided fun for everyone. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The peaceful surroundings made it a true retreat, yet we were still close to local attractions. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

Lovely stay over July 4th weekend

This house was great! Nestled in quiet Noyack, it’s a short drive to Sag Harbor and Southampton. My boys had plenty to do between the pool, basketball court, tennis court, and pac man arcade in the basement. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed during our stay. Communication was also fast. Highly recommend.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful 3 week stay. Very convenient Noyack location. Outside area very nice - there is a lovely pool with enough shade to make it comfortable even on very hot days and the area around the pool has everything you can need including dining table, lounge chairs, hammock, fire pit, out door shower, sauna, hot tub and private tennis court. House in great condition - spacious basement perfect for kids to hang out in - big sofa, tv and separate bedroom and bathroom. All bedrooms very comfortable. Kitchen nice with excellent appliances. Host was extremely responsive; there were only a few times we needed to reach out to her but each time we did her response was swift and helpful. Overall a great stay - would happily recommend.
