A space of 45 sqm composed of a bedroom with a bed of 160x200, a safe, a lounge with an LCD TV, a sofa-bed bench 130x190, a kitchenette equipped with a hob, a fridge, a microwave and a washing machine, and a bathroom with shower, basin and WC. On the ground floor of the house. Free private parking and access to an outdoor terrace. Separate entrance. FREE WIFI.
