Fantastic house for family gathering

Kate's house was fantastic for our family's holiday gathering. There were enough dishes and utensils for a 12 person seating. There were fresh flowers throughout the house and plenty of room for everyone to gather and spread out as necessary. The kids loved the playroom and the adults loved that the kids could play while we talked and/or watched tv in the same area.

Spacious home, quiet neighborhood.

Kate was awesome to contact me and make sure I had everything I needed. She left detailed instructions for using wifi, TV, etc. The home is conveniently located not far from I-15. I arrived late in the evening and had easy access to a key using a lockbox code. The home was spacious and clean. It was the right size for my family to gather and spread out. My grandkids loved the playroom. Beds were comfortable and I enjoyed my stay in this peaceful neighborhood.

My kids and I live part time in this home. Please, treat it like a home, not a rental. We have put a lot of time and money into making it the beautiful space it is. - much love

Why they chose this property

I am a southern girls who moved to Utah because of it's beautiful mountains. I enjoy the 4 full seasons here. Summers are spent in the mountains hiking and biking and winters are spent on the slopes. People often comment on the way my home feels. I love people! I have created a space to entertain and bring friends and family together. I hope one day to turn this home into a bed and breakfast where I can get to know my guests and serve them in a hospitable way.

What makes this property unique

My back patio is incredible. I wake up to the sounds of the birds and often eat breakfast outside while starting up conversations with golfers. Evenings are spent in this same place, with views of the mountains while sitting under twinkling lights. It is a perfect place to read a book or BBQ with friends and family.
For those who enjoy solace, that can be found on the down stairs porch relaxing in the hammock or come back inside to hang upside down on the YOGA hammock.
The downstairs is a KIDS DREAM! It has a built in school house with slide. We have a foosball table, toy kitchen, barbie house, train table and olympic rings.
