Why they chose this property

Our motivation was have a property in the downtown core as an investment opportunity and a place to get away with our families. Centrally located to Old Montreal, Mont Royal, Atwater Market, shopping, restaurants, bars, museums, Lachine Canal, up and coming Griffintown.
