Welcome to your home away from home. Our lovely one story 3-bedroom/ 2 bath home has everything you need to make it perfect memory.

A king-size Beautyrest pillow top mattress set awaits you in the master suite. The two other bedrooms have cushy queen beds. We have provided a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with blender, Cuisinart, Crock Pot, rice cooker, pots, pans, and bake ware of all sizes, and a cupboard with condiments and major spices. The kitchen cabinets are stocked with serving plates and glassware for eight. In the living room, a comfy leather sofa / loveseat and accent chair await you, for viewing the new 55-inch flat screen smart TV with 150+ Sling TV entertainment package, complete with Blu-ray DVD and movie selections. Also included are washer & dryer, plus an assortment of toys, books, and games of all sorts for all ages.

Located in Paramount, an upscale subdivision, this prestigious community boasts 4 community pools (open Memorial Day–Labor Day), a fitness center, open recreation areas, and is just minutes to shopping. Laughton community pool and park is less than 2 blocks away. Our home is close to the Meridian Temple and the Holy Apostles Church. We have a large fenced backyard, a covered patio with a gas grill and a patio set for outside dining. The large attached 2-car garage will accommodate almost any passenger vehicle or pickup truck. As the home is occasionally unoccupied, there are motion activated video cameras on the outside of the garage,

Enjoy some time in beautiful Meridian. You are only minutes to Fred Meyers, Walmart, Dollar Tree, Sonic, Dutch Bros. Coffee, and the newest and finest mall in Idaho - The Village in Meridian. Within 30 minutes to 2 1/2 hours, you have world class biking, mountain biking and hiking, whitewater rafting, & snow skiing. You name it, and we probably have it nearby.

Very clean, well appointed, great location for my stay. Owner was very communicative, Very comfortable - way better than staying at any hotel in Meridian, and a great price. Nice quiet community.

This property was absolutely amazing and the cleanest we have stayed in! Great location. Just minutes from shopping and easy access to both the Hwy and freeway. The owner was great and made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Would highly recommend this property.

Our stay at this house was awesome. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay and the complimentary snacks were a nice touch. The house was perfect for our stay in the area visiting our daughter. It’s convenient to shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants. The beds and living room furniture were comfortable. We came to Boise for family and fun.

This property is great and we will be staying here in the future. The owner is a very good host. I am not very tec savvy, when we arrived I had trouble with getting in, the owner took care of it without a problem. the house is in a very good area. Having such a nice place to stay only added to out time in the Boise area.

Wonderful place for a family!

Clean, comfortably laid out — just as described. The owners have also done a lot of nice touches to make your stay really enjoyable. Shelves full of games and puzzles. The kids loved the community pool which was one block away. The communication with the owner Dave was really great. I can highly recommend this property.

Meridian Vacay

Lovely house that is conveniently located in Meridian. Home is well maintained and appointed, close to the community pool and in a safe neighborhood. The kids had a great time swimming! Dave was easy to get in touch with and very nice. So much better than sharing a hotel room with kids - I highly recommend both this home and VRBO!!

Why they chose this property

Great location. We love the close knit community feeling that Meridian offers. We especially love the Paramount neighborhood because of its walking trails, lakes, and three pools! It’s close to shopping, great restaurants, and Eagle Island State Park. Also close by are BanBury Golf Course, Settlers Park, and the Charles F McDevitt Youth Sports Complex, a 30-acre park with picnic areas, play areas, a skate park, and a catch and release fishing pond.
