Newly remodeled 1 bed, 1 Bath high ceilings, wrap around deck. Sit on the deck and watch deer, chipmunks & squirrels. Seasonal creek that runs through the back of the property during the rainy season. Close to golf course, hiking, water and mountains! Clean, quiet and secluded! Close to shopping and dining but has the country feeling! Large yard with plenty of parking.
