On the third floor of a 4-story building and located 500 meters from the city center in a highly sought-after area overlooking Trestraou beach.

This apartment has a large living room of 25 m2 on balcony (convertible sofa bed "daily bedding" of 160x200), a bedroom with two 90x190 beds, a large dressing room adjoining the bedroom, a bathroom with bath, fitted and equipped kitchen, separate WC.

Household linen provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).

Lovely apartment in best location.

Everything is very nice. We were punctually and cordially met. The apartment is comfortably furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. The view is incredible. We were very happy with our choice.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Der Blick vom Wohnzimmer bzw. vom Balkon auf die Bucht ist wirklich wunderschön. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut. Das Badezimmer ist in gutem Zustand. In der Küche wird mit Gas gekocht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor acht Jahren hatten wir bereits im selben Haus eine Wohnung und uns wegen der damaligen guten Erfahrung wieder für dieses Haus entschieden und es nicht bereut. Das Parken auf der Straße war problemlos. Die Kommunikation mit Madame Tilly war freundlich, wir haben uns auf französich und mit einigen Brocken englisch unterhalten. Insgesamt hatten wir einen herrlichen Urlaub, denn die Lage der Wohnung zwischen Strand (Fußweg berab/bergauf) und der netten Ortsmitte ist ideal.

Nous sommes ravis de notre semaine passée dans la superbe region de Perros Guirec. Appartement bien agencé avec une magnifique vue sur la plage et la mer. Tres bonne situation geographique car accès à la plage et au centre ville à pied. Stationnement facile dans la rue même en plein mois d’août. Petit bemol sur l’insonorisation de l’immeuble car on entend tout ce qui se passe dans l’appartement du dessus.

Praktische Wohnung mit Traum-Aussicht

Diese Unterkunft war die schönste während unserer Bretagne-Rundreise. Es ist traumhaft vom Balkon und auch vom Wohnzimmer aus dank der großen Fenster und des Glasgeländers zu jeder Zeit aufs Meer und den Strand schauen zu können. Unglaublich schön! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauer, praktisch und schön. Es ist alles da, auch eine Waschmaschine. Parken war kein Problem, da es eine ruhige Wohngegend ist. Zum Auslanden durften wir bis zum Haus fahren. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank für alles!

schöner Urlaub an traumhafter Küste

Der Aufenthalt im Meerblick-Apartement war sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, der Blick auf den Strand, auf das Meer und die vorgelagerten Inseln traumhaft schön. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - Bäckerei, Metzgerei u.a. sind im Ortszentrum und zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Strand und der Promenade mit Restaurants sind es auch ca. 10 Minuten, der Weg dorthin führt allerdings über Treppen. Als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Wanderungen und Ausflüge war die Lage Apartements perfekt. Der GR 34 beginnt am Strand in Richtung Ploumanach, dem schönsten Abschnitt der Granitküste, die Schiffe zu den Sept-Iles legen auch am Strand von Perros-Guirec ab. Als Ausflugs.- und Wanderziele sind zu empfehlen: Ile Grande, Halbinsel Remote, Plougrescant, Lannion und Abbaye de Beauport. Die Eigentümerin des Apartements war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung, dem Ort und der Küste sehr empfehlen.

Une vue imprenable!

Christiane, la propriétaire, est une dame agréable, très respectueuse et discrète. Si vous la contactez, elle montrera toujours de la disponibilité . Son vaste appartement dispose d'une vue sans pareille et je ne crois pas que nous aurons à nouveau l'occasion de pouvoir nous ennivrer d'une vue plongeante de 5 m de long sur la mer. On a l'impression de voir un tableau: impressionnant, inédit, incroyable!!!!! Nous avons pu en profiter depuis la table d'intérieur du logement . Il nous a par contre été plus difficile de profiter de la terrassse extérieure, qui située au nord était assez fraîche fin août.

Super séjour !

Superbes vacances dans une ville en bord de mer très agréable. Tout près de randonnées bien connues par les amoureux de la côte de granit rose. Toujours contents de regagner la location avec sa grande terrasse avec vue sur la grande plage de Trestraou. D'où l'on observe les surfers du lever au coucher du soleil. Appartement très fonctionnel et agréable, propriétaire très sympathique.

Appartement calme avec vue exceptionnelle

Le séjour à été parfait. Le calme recherché était au RDV. La vue sur mer est exceptionnelle, L’appartement est très fonctionnel, belle déco, literie confortable, dressing hyper pratique. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
