Breathtaking view, quiet and close to the beach

Come and relax in this comfortable, fully equipped house, ideally located on the south shore of the Gulf of Ajaccio, in the immediate vicinity of the magnificent Agosta beach (2 minutes by car).
Take advantage of its breathtaking view of the gulf and, in the evening, admire the sunset over the Sanguinaires islands!

Ajaccio airport is 25 minutes away, Ajaccio port 35 minutes, Porticcio and its shops 7 minutes.

The property is spread over two levels:
- on the upper level: a large fully equipped kitchen opening onto a beautiful terrace, a large air-conditioned bedroom (double bed) with LCD TV, a bathroom with a washing machine, a separate toilet.
- on the garden level: two air-conditioned bedrooms (one with a double bed, the second with two single beds), a bathroom, a separate toilet.

Vacances d'été en Corse

La maison est idéale pour une famille avec enfants. La vie est vraiment très belle avec le coucher de soleil sur les îles sanguinaires. Rien à redire sur la propreté. Attention la maison n'a pas de salon mais ce n'était pas gênant car en été on passe notre temps soit à la plage soit sur la terrasse. Il manque toutefois des équipements et de rangement dans la cuisine. Malgré tout, nous recommandons la maison

location offrant une vue magnifique sur le golfe d'ajaccio de la terrasse (quel régal de prendre son petit dejeuner au soleil levant face aux ile sanguinaires). Les chambres sont spacieuses et la disposition en duplex très agréable. Bémol à préciser : l'absence de pièce à vivre (ni salle à manger, ni salon, cuisine assez petite)), surtout pour une location dite "familiale", obligeant à utiliser en permanence la terrasse, quelque soit la météo...

Cher monsieur, je suis ravi de savoir que vous avez pu vous régaler de la magnifique vue. En revanche, je ne comprends pas pourquoi vous reprochez à ma location d'être conforme à sa description. L'annonce est claire sur ce point, tout comme le contrat de location que je vous ai transmis bien avant votre arrivée. C'est donc en toute connaissance de cause que vous avez choisi ma location pour vos vacances. Je crois néanmoins comprendre que votre séjour a été agréable, ce qui est essentiel à mes yeux car je suis très soucieux du bien être de mes locataires.

Magnifique Pietrosella

La location est située idéalement entre Porticcio et l’Isolella, à proximité de belles plages et de toutes les commodités. Le logement est fonctionnel, avec une vue magnifique et une propreté irréprochable. Pour une famille, c’est parfait !

Juste un propriétaire qui est agréable mais vaninna a été désagréable lors du départ !!!

Nous avons aime cette résidence avec une vue imprenable mais nous avons été déçu par Vanina qui n'a pas fait d'état des lieux à l'arrivée ( nous l'avons attendu 1 h ) ... Et au départ a été odieuse .... Et par message aussi . Par contre le contact avec Mr Ne ctoux à toujours été courtois . Soyez vigilant pour l'état des lieux entrant et sortant . Cordialement ... nous avons attendu la caution plus d'un mois ... Pas très correct ...
