Very nice 90m2 apartment overlooking a large sunny garden with a view of Mont Charvin. 40m2 terrace where it is nice to relax or have meals both in winter and summer.
On the garden level (possibility of illuminating it in the evening): Large living-dining room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, 1 master suite with 160 cm bed and bathroom/wc, 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed and its shower room/wc . Decoration by interior designer: old wood paneling, raw stones, parquet flooring, animal skins.
On the ground floor (independent access): 9m2 bedroom with 140 cm bed + shower room/wc, well-equipped laundry room.

Lovely property

We really liked the accomodation. It was very comfortable and well-equipped. We had one small problem during our stay which was dealt with immediately by Nicole who was very responsive.

Lovely experience

Tidy and cosy apartment close to town.Great skiing. Megeve is a classic French ski destination. Snow landed 2x during the week making it a picture-perfect destination but it was very brown when we arrived

Magical

Our family spent 18 nights in this apartment. The apartment was excellent with great facilities and very close to the shops, restaurants and chamois telecabines (all within walking distance). It is a well equipped, warm, comfortable home in truly magical surroundings. The kitchen has everything you need for a long or short stay. There are plenty of towels, bed linen etc. The laundry downstairs is very handy for long stays. Nicole, the owner, is very pleasant, responsive and great to deal with. Upon walking into the apartment you are greeted with the sight of the apartment's enclosed garden through the large glass doors. The backdrop is picturesque, very beautiful. Our children especially enjoyed the snow filled garden and it was a real pleasure to return to the apartment each day to unwind and relax after skiing.

TRES BEL APPARTEMENT

APPARTEMENT CHALET DOUILLET ET CHALEUREUX

Il ne manquait rien dans cette location. Tout est pensé pour que le séjour se passe bien. La cuisine est complète pour concocter de bons petits plats. Très calme; vous dormirez à poings fermés. Chaud et confortable. Pas loin de la station de ski MEGEVE ROCHEBRUNE. 7 minutes à pied pour skier et 7 minutes pour rejoindre le centre du merveilleux village.Je recommande.

Très bel appartement, tout confort, à la fois à proximité du centre ville et des remontées. Chambre au rez-de-chaussée qui surprend mais on s'y fait. Accueil plus que succin. Manque un papier d'accueil avec toutes les infos nécessaires. Lors de notre séjour une mauvaise odeur dans une des salle de bain qui a persisté toute la semaine.

Adorable appartement aux allures de chalet

Appartement chaleureux et fonctionnel à quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville et des remontées mécaniques (la montée au retour est plus dure que l’aller !). La chambre séparée est tout à fait adaptée aux familles avec adolescent. La vue est dégagée et l’environnement très calme. Place de parking couverte. Certains lits peuvent effectivement être un peu justes à deux mais il y a également un couchage d’appoint. En tout cas, avec nos trois enfants, nous avons passé un séjour formidable.

Très bel appartement, très fonctionnel et bien situé

L'appartement est grand, lumineux, confortable et très calme. Il est très bien équipé. Il dispose d'une cheminée et d'une grande terrasse donnant sur un jardin ensoleillé. Bon emplacement également, les remontées mécaniques de Rochebrune se trouvent à 5 bonnes minutes à pied. Très proche du centre de Megève également même si au retour ça monte un peu.

Fantastic stay!

What an amazing apartment! We absolutely loved the location and the beautiful terrace. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend for children. Ours just loved the grounds of the apartment and the wonderful garden.

Très bel appartement

Nous avons passé à 5 un très bon séjour dans cet appartement très lumineux, spacieux et à la décoration soignée, telle un chalet. Le gros plus est la terrasse avec le petit jardin et sur la droite la belle vue montagnes. Il ne manque rien dans la cuisine à l’équipement complet. Raclette, fondue, tout y est ! Les lits sont très confortables. Les salles de bain et douche sont belles et modernes. Le gardien qui vous accueille est très sympathique. L’immeuble est très calme. La 3eme chambre plus petite est totalement indépendante de l’appartement. Elle se situe à l’étage inférieur de l’immeuble, de même que la machine à laver. Elle est parfaite pour 1 ou 2 ados qui veulent s’isoler ou dans notre cas pour un ami adulte qui voyageait avec nous. L’appartement est situé à 7 minutes de la télécabine du centre ville qui va vers la caboche. A l’aller c’est tout en descente, au retour tout en montée donc peut être 10 minutes. On accède à l’appartement par le garage de l’immeuble.

L’esprit chalet en appartement !

Très belle semaine de Noël en famille, dans un appartement décoré avec goût, une sensation d’un « chez soi » très agréable. Tout est conforme au descriptif , et encore mieux en vrai ! La cuisine est très bien équipée. Literie excellente, aucune nuisance sonore. Propriétaire réactive et concierge très agréable. Il ne manque que l’accès skis au pieds, mais on s’en accommode rapidement. Semaine parfaite pour tous

Appartement agréable avec terrasse et jardin.Parfait pour 2 couples.La 3ème chambre (lit 140) à l étage inférieur est limite pour un couple.Bien qu il y ait douche et toilettes cette chambre est très petite. Soggiorno perfetto

Appartamento eccezionale, camere ampie, soggiorno grande e cucina molto attrezzata. La posizione è ideale per visitare il centro del paese senza utilizzare l'auto e gli impianti di risalita sono vicini.

Well located fully equipped flat with fireplace and parking

We like the location- half way to Rochebrune ski lifts and to Megeve centre, all walking. The flat is great - large living room with very nice fireplace and huge terrace, big dining table, new kitchen, 2 nice bedrooms. Underground parking is very convenient too. The hosts are very nice and the buildings' concierge is very helpful. All good for us, we'd love to be back one day

Très beau souvenir!

Le chalet des Dereumaux était tout ce que nous recherchions pour passer un beau moment en famille à Megève. Très propre et full équipé (cuisine, wifi, linge de maison,...), ce chalet est également décoré avec goût et très agréable lorsqu'on rentre d'une journée de ski. La chambre double séparée à l'étage du dessous dispose de sa propre salle de bain et est aussi très cosy. Le village de Megève et la télécabine du Chamois sont à 10 min à pied du chalet. Il y a aussi une place de parking garantie à l'intérieur et un parking extérieur. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!

Fantastic Apartment &

FRANCAIS Nous-venons de superbes vacances dans cet appartement. Tout d'abord la propriété est impeccablement propre, chaleureux et grande dispose d'installations. Le design et le mobilier est un mélange de traditionnel et contemporain Qui style alpin donne à l'appartement une ambiance merveilleuse, confortable et accueillant. Les portes à ouverture large et le jardin sont une caractéristique qui offrent une vue spectaculaire sur la vallée de la chaîne de montagnes à proximité. Ce serait un véritable atout dans les mois les plus chauds. En hiver, il offre une vue dégagée sur les montagnes supérieures afin que vous puissiez voir ce que les conditions sont comme pour le ski. L'emplacement était une très forte points positifs pour nous. Il est à seulement cinq minutes à pied au cœur de Megève et environ 6 minutes remonter la pente. Si vous skiez, remontées mécaniques de Rochebrune sont à seulement cinq minutes à pied Principalement horizontale. Si vous voulez éviter les files d'attente au Chamois ascenseur monter les pentes et à la fin de la journée pour revenir en ville Alors Rochebrune est une option recommandée. Enfin, le propriétaire Nicole est un délice à traiter. Elle est très utile et des communications claires Fournit en commençant par le processus de réservation initiale jusqu'à la logistique pratiques Quand vous y arrivez. Je recommande vivement cette propriété. Rob (UK) ENGLISH We-have just returned from a superb holiday in this apartment. Firstly the property is immaculately clean, warm and has great facilities. The design and furniture is a mix of traditional and contemporary alpine style which gives the apartment a wonderful, comfortable and homely vibe. The location was a very strong plus points for us. It is only five minutes’ walk into the heart of Megeve and about 6 minutes back up the hill. If you are skiing, Rochebrune ski lifts are only a five minute mainly horizontal walk. If you want to avoid the queues at the central Chamois lift going up the slopes and at the end of the day to get back into town then Rochebrune is a recommended option. Lastly, the owner Nicole is a delight to deal with. She is very helpful and provides clear communications starting with the original booking process right through to the practical logistics when you get there. I would strongly recommend this property.
