A 2 km from the village center in a very quiet area, on the 3rd floor of a chalet-style residence located Fiaux the district / the Gotty, apartment Savoyard type of 39m2 Carrez + 24 m2 <1,80m, balcony and garage .
Facing west, it is very sunny and offers a wide view over the massifs of Beauregard and Etale.
It is well equipped and you will have plenty of storage.
It is served by a free shuttle (stop the anthology at the foot of the residence.)

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement. L’accueil a été très chaleureux et riche en recommandations sur les activités à faire dans la station. L’appartement est confortable et bien équipé, il dispose également d’une belle vue.

Appartement très spacieux, propre, très bien meublé, un garage couvert La personne qui le loue est très agréable, disponible et qui explique très bien les lieux à voir à la Clusaz. Un geste de bien venu de sa part, nous a offert du fromage une spécialité de la région. Nous a laissé à disposition les horaires de bus ainsi que tout un livret qui explique le fonctionnement de l'appartement; Le seul bémol les navettes sont toutes les heures.

Bel emplacement mais la fréquence des navettes pour aller skier pourrait être plus importante 2 belles chambres et séjour spacieux Garage pratique pour garer la voiture et stocker les skis et chaussures

Très bon séjour à la la Clusaz

Nous avons passé une belle semaine à la Clusaz. L'appartement est très bien pour une famille de 4 personnes, propre et très bien équipé. Un peu à l'écart du centre du village mais tranquille avec une belle vue et l'accès aux pistes se fait sand problème. Pas d'hésitation.

Bel appartement vue montagne idéal pour de belles vacances

L'appartement est très agréable avec une magnifique vue sur la montagne. Il est très bien équipé, fonctionnel. Les déplacements sont aisés avec la navette à 200m, un garage pour la voiture. Les propriétaires sont très prévenants et attentionnés. Nous recommandons cette location.

Rien à redire, nous étions entièrement satisfait de l'accueil de ces 2 personnes très chaleureuses qui sont aux petits soins pour nous, toujours prêts à vouloir nous rendre service. le logement est parfaitement situé, dans un endroit très calme. On s'y sent bien !! C'est sûr nous reviendrons.

Vacances en mars. 4 adultes et un bébé.

Accueil absolument charmant. Appartement très bien décoré et très bien équipé. Il ne manque rien ! beaucoup d'espace. Parking et garage sans soucis. Jolie vue sur le massif de Beauregard depuis le balcon.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec nos 2 enfants dans cet apartement très agréable, spacieux, lumineux et bien placé. Il offre un grand nombre d'équipements, de couchages et d'appareils de cuisine. Les propriétaires sont par ailleurs charmants et nous ont accueilli chaleureusement. Nous recommandons donc ce logement.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons séjourné pour 1 semaine dans ce logement pendant nos vacances au ski. Nous avons été tout à fait satisfait par les prestations et le confort du logement. De plus nos hôtes nous ont accueilli chaleureusement à notre arrivée.
