Outside, terrace under a hundred-year-old plane tree equipped with wrought iron table and chairs. Jacuzzi in the garden, barbecue and pizza oven. car park .
A large swimming pool (7 / 14m) with outdoor shower, sunbathing, and bowling. in a completely fenced and secure enclosure for children.
Inside, a large country table overlooking an open kitchen with central plot equipped with a stove "lacanche", American fridge, dishwasher, microwave. A fitness room, a shower room and wc.
In the lounge, in the old "shed" with exposed stone wall and wood ceiling, large Provencal fireplace, sofas and bar area. 1 toilet, a gym and 1 shower room.
On the floor, a parental suite with bathroom. 4 comfortable bedrooms, 1 shower room and 1 toilet. 1 laundry, dressing room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The rooms are air conditioned.
