Located on the third floor of a villa, this vacation rental of 30 sqm for four persons consists of a kitchen, a living room with sofa beds, a bedroom with double bed, en water, separate WC and a local underground to deposit your skis or hiking equipment.

Quiet, pleasant and cozy, Les Toits du Sancy is located in the center of Mont-Dore, close to restaurants, cafes, shops, spa and casino. A free shuttle provides easy access to the ski resort of Mont-Dore, classified "Famille Plus". Northeast of the Massif du Sancy, the chain of Puys and Limagne Fault, being classified as World Heritage of UNESCO.

Nouvel An au Mont Dore

Nous avons décidé de passer le Nouvel An au Mont Dore. Séjour tres agreable la neige est tombée la semaine avant notre départ donc neige et soleil jusqu au jeudi Lappartement est idéalement situé a 1/2 mn du centre ,des rues pietionnes et commerces, restaurants et 3mn du cinéma.places de parking relativement façile a trouver de nombreux parking gratuit.

Pied-à-terre idéal pour randonneurs

Nous avons apprécié la situation permettant de randonner depuis l'appartement et de bénéficier des services du Mont-Dore (boulangerie, pizzéria, fruits et légumes). Le logement est idéal pour deux personnes et est très bien équipé.

Préciser qu'il n'y a qu'un couchage . Le canapé est inutilisable. Les locataires doivent être conjoints ou compagnons (ou compagne) . Gênant pour autres colocataires.

Dans la rubrique " consulter tous les détails des chambres et lits", il est bien marqué que le canapé n'est pas convertible. Sur la platforme Abritel on ne peut pas noter "0" lit dans une pièce. Appartement situé au 3ème étage sans ascenseur.

L'appartement est assez exigu pour des personnes de grande taille, et très chargé en bibelots ft decorations. Il est situé au 3ème étage sans ascenseur ce qui est inconfortable pour des personnes âgées ou cardiaques. Le loyer est trop cher.

Merci d’avoir pris le temps de laisser un avis concernant votre expérience dans notre location. Nous prêtons une grande attention à tous les avis émis par notre clientèle. Nous sommes bien évidemment désolés que votre expérience n’ait pas été parfaite. Effectivement notre appartement se trouve au 3ème étage en partie sous les toits mais cela est bien marqué dans le texte de présentation et bien visible sur les photos. En sachant que la surface affichée de 30 m² est en mètres Carrez et toute la surface de moins de 1,80 mètre n'est pas prise en compte ( surface totale au sol environ 40 m²) En ce qui concerne le loyer notre prix de 50 € moyenne/nuit pour un T2 c'est plutôt bas par rapport à d'autres offres de location au Mont-Dore. La décoration est montagnarde et ne contient pas de bibelots, chose bien visible aussi sur les photos. Nous avons eu jusqu'à présent que des avis très favorables.
