Relax in a beautiful studio guest house. French doors open onto a lovely California garden and large refreshing pool. Enjoy your morning coffee in a private yard full of hummingbirds, fruit trees, and native plants. A swim and a glass of wine at the end of the day will whet your appetite for incredible restaurants choices all close by and convenient.

Inside the studio you will find a new queen size bed with memory foam mattress, a sitting area with Smart tv, high speed wireless internet, a kitchenette outfitted with fridge, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, glasses, electric kettle, coffee maker. Enjoy your meals on a pub style table with great views of the pool and garden, or eat outside if the weather is nice at an outdoor table with umbrella. Bathroom features a large tiled shower. Huge closet to stow all your belongings. Private entrance, free street parking, and, of course, the pool and garden.
