The space

Welcome to the lakefront house! This will be the beginning of your relaxing vacation and beautiful memories. You will love this house from the first minute when you walk in and enjoy a great time with family and friends.

The layout of the house:

Main Level:

Open concept kitchen, dining room, living room, and three bedrooms. The living room features a propane fireplace, large Samsung UHD TV with Xbox, and 250 channels HD cable. The black leather sofa set in the living room is so comfortable and believe me when you sit in it, you will love it. The dining table has eight chairs and one high chair. The sliding door in the dining room leads to the outdoor dining set on the deck where you can enjoy the beautiful lake view as you enjoy your delicious food or chat with family and friends.

The master room on this level has two queen beds with a private full bathroom. The Jacuzzi in the bathroom is so great for relaxing. You can also enjoy the serene lake through the window in the master room. The other bedroom has one super comfortable king bed. There is also a bedroom on this level with one super comfortable king bed and a twin over full bunk bed. The shared full bath is just in the hallway with sensory light.

Ground Level:

You can play Billiards with your family and friends in the game room. If you want to enjoy the beautiful lake, you can walk through the sliding door and have fun outside.

There are two bedrooms on this level. One of the bedrooms has one king bed with a super comfortable mattress. The other one called a bunk bedroom has one twin over a twin bunk bed and one twin over a full bunk bed. There is a full bathroom in the hallway on this level.

All the mattresses in the house are super comfortable and help you relax from the moment you lay on the bed.

Backyard:

All year round is BBQ season and we know that everyone loves to grill. The multi-burner BBQ grill is placed in the backyard of the house. When you grill your delicious food, you can also enjoy the beautiful lake and the amazing sandy beach. Right next to the grill is the picnic table. After fishing, boating, and other outdoor activities, you must be tired by the end of the day. The hot tub is absolutely the number one choice to rejuvenate yourself and is open all year round. I know people love to bring their well-trained pets with them when they travel. So well-trained pets are welcome; it is $75.00 per pet per stay. The fire pit is absolutely another great spot for family and friends to chat and enjoy the beautiful serene lake!

The house size was accommodating for our multigenerational family. The grandkids had a great time playing in the game room as well as going in the hot tub. It was nice to see so many deer every day. The location is perfect for hitting the slopes or tubing just 15 minutes away at Camel Back

The photos on the listing are in great need of updating. No paddle boat, no sandy beach, only 3 chairs at the firepit. Closet doors in master bedroom are broken and the sofa must have some broken springs so it was difficult to sit on. With all of that said, would we book again? Absolutely! The floor plan of the house is perfect for family gatherings and the lake is beautiful.

The house was perfect for our weekend getaway. It's in a great location, close to all local attractions. The house is beautiful and was very clean. We loved the jacuzzi and the fire pit. We enjoyed every moment. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking to spend a weekend in the Poconos.

Family fun on the lake

Family summer vacation 2025 was a hit! Check in process super easy. Quiet neighborhood. Home was very clean. Appreciate the linens and towels being provided. Sleeping accommodations gave us plenty of space. Kitchen had everything we needed, as we cook most meals. WiFi could use a boost but the game room kept kids and dads busy. We made use of the kayaks and fishing off the dock, the hot tub and firepit. Plenty of off road parking. Easy access to highways, and fun activities in the area. Great communication with the host. We'd stay here again.

Beautiful home and property for my family of six and two dogs. Entire home is very clean with a large Kitchen, comfortable beds and pool table. My son made good use of the kayak in Mountain Top Lake. Highly recommended.

I would give the stay a 5 star except the WiFi kept dropping out, not enough bandwidth, had to go to Starbucks to get on internet for work. TV in living room would not connect to internet, the one in the game room worked fine. Maintenance response was excellent... tried to address the internet connection problem, even order an Amazon Fire Stick that is now connected to the livingroom room tv and added chlorine in hot tub. Accommodations were excellent for 13 people of various ages. Everyone had a wonderful time. We would definitely consider going back.

Beautiful View

The house was well stocked, large, and comfortable. The view of the lake from the back deck was amazing! The only issue was that the walls and most of the indoor doors were scratched scuffed or cracked and had holes but that was probably due to others staying there and not being careful. One thing to note is that when you’re by the water and in a wooded area there are a lot of insects so bring bug spray and make sure you keep the doors any windows closed. Otherwise, it is a very serene and beautiful location.

Excellent Amenities and Location

We were looking for a "pet friendly" property for the NASCAR race weekend and found this gem. It was just my wife and me as well as our dogs, but we enjoyed our stay. The host was extremely responsive before, during, and after our stay. I can see this being a great property for those looking to bring a larger group, plenty of rooms, pool table, darts, games, etc. We were busy with the dogs and the race and didn't use the outside space. It looks like they are renovating (new deck and other work outside in progress), but no one was working while we were there. Loved our stay. Thanks Issac!

Vacation with friends

Property had plenty of space, both for sleeping and hanging out, for a group of ten older adults. Beautiful lake view. Beds were very comfortable; bedrooms have closets but no dressers or shelf space to put clothes. Isaac was very responsive to all communications, accommodated our requests, and made the process easy. Certain items (which were addressed with Isaac) need to be repaired/replaced. Would stay here again, thanks Isaac!

Mother's Day Gift to myself!

I arranged to rent this property for Mother's Day weekend to bring all 4 of my sons and their families together. Despite the weather for the first 2 days, I can say that it was fantastic! When I entered the property, being the first one there, it was so clean, and inviting. I didn't have to worry about re-cleaning it for my family at all. Towels were part of the renting; beds were clean and made. Kitchen, dining room were perfect for the 13 people who stayed. The view from the dining room was amazing, even in the rain! Downstairs living and sleeping were great for the grandchildren, opening out to the grill, pit, tub and lake areas. The fishing was perfect for my grandsons (and me)! I don't fish!!The deck off of the kitchen and dining areas was very nice. I was so impressed and relaxed! Hope to do this visit yearly!

When you are planning your vacation, you will never be disappointed by choosing this wonderful ranch-style house which was built in 2004 and which is convenient to all the famous Pocono Mountain attractions.
Kalahari, located just 5mi north of us, is one of the world's largest indoor/outdoor water park, an 150 acre complex of fun recently opened for Pocono guests. Camelback Moutain Ski/Tubing plus Adventure Park is 9mi south of us. Mount Airy Casino and Golf is 8mi east. Summit Lane Bowling and Pocono Manor Horseback Riding and Golf are also popular, and are only 6mi in our neighborhood. NASCAR Pocono Raceway, Sunset Hill Shooting Range, Barley Creek Brewing Company, 100-store Crossings Premium Outlets, Alpine Mountain Ski/Skate/Tubing, Callie's Pretzel Factory & Candy Kitchen, Delaware Water Gap, are all popular attractions close to us.
The area is also surrounded by state parks and game lands, where you will find numerous hiking/biking trails, sight-seeing sites, fishing, etc. Whether you like antiquing, books, film, pottery, farms, or more ventures activities like zip-lining, skydiving, paintball, ATV, rafting, water ski, or even dog sledding, you will find it here! For a longer day out (45min), head over to the historic town of Jim Thorpe to take train ride, or Bushkill Falls for natural beauty.
Last but not least is to take advantage of what our lakefront house has to offer -- private, beautiful lake right at your back yard. You can go fishing on the dock! Enjoy swimming, fishing, boating, kayaking, and the hot tub. Soak up the sun with our private sandy beach. In the winter, the lake freezes and becomes a large, open space for ice skating and ice hockey. Town center is next door with great restaurants, Walmart Supercenter and ShopRite.
Tons of great restaurants and fast-food chains in this area: Baileys Rib and Steakhouse, Barley Creek, Hickory Valley Farm Restaurant, Desaki, Smuggler's Cove Seafood, LongHorn SteakHouse, and more!
