Our Family invites your Family( or Spiritual family) to make Great Beach Memories at our second home “BEACH BOUND.”

(Disclosure: We have cameras viewing the carports and Driveway)

Come once and you will be back year after year. Beach Bound is located on the Countryside of Gulf Shores in Fort Morgan. Our quiet, pristine neighborhood called Morgan Town will impress you with all of its amenities and almost private beach!
Our family beach home sits on the far, quiet end of Sawgrass Dr. with beautiful Gulf views, peaceful porches, and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets.
Our home is located a few steps from the Boardwalk (about a 60 Second walk) that leads you to the white sandy beach of Fort Morgan where you can build sandcastles, pitch your umbrella & plant your beach chairs to enjoy the Gulf with all the water fun you desire!
Ready to get away from the sand? Enjoy the 2 recently updated neighborhood pools & tennis/ pickle ball courts, both with restrooms and lounge chairs to accommodate guest.
As you return home from the outdoors, BEACH BOUND is bright & cozy with much space to spread out for time with family in the large kitchen as you cook together or quiet time alone on one of our 6 porches. In the downstairs area, families love spending time together in the Large, open bright Kitchen/ Living Area. The Kitchen is well stocked with a large refrigerator/freezer, many dishes, pots, pans, baking dishes, air fryer, rice cooker, waffle maker, slow cooker, double ovens, a separate Ice Maker for all your cooler needs and a grand family table where all can gather. The large family room has plenty of seating with a large screen TV.
From the upstairs area there are many beautiful Gulf of America Views! The best views are from the family living room area inside or on the screened porches outside, as well as the second Master Bedroom. The upstairs also has it’s own kitchenette, fully equipped with a second full size refrigerator/ freezer, sink, coffee pot & toaster!

At Beach Bound, you will have plenty of outdoor space, including screened porches, with great seating, a sundeck area, with a charcoal Grill for outdoor cooking, An outdoor shower and plenty of parking..

rent our family home to renters 30 years of age and older. Any evidence of anyone not observing our house rules will lead to immediate eviction with applicable charges for damages incurred.
Spend the week at BEACH BOUND any time of the year.
Enjoy beach fun, shopping, fishing, exploring Fort Morgan, kayaking, nature watching, golf, or any of the many attractions the area has to offer. You will want to return year after year, making many family memories!

Lovely location for a beach vacation

We had a wonderful time at this lovely beach home. There was plenty of room for all 13 of us to gather together or all have our own space to do our own thing. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. We were within easy walking distance to the beach. The owner was available right away when we needed him. I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach Bound. The accommodations were excellent. We had plenty of room for our family of 14. We really liked all the porches so when we needed some peace and quiet with a book there was always a place to go.

We had such a great time in Ft. Morgan at this beach house. The view was great and the walk to the beach and pool was very convenient. We had 9 kids and 4 adults and there was plenty of space. The kitchen was very well stocked. Jack was very responsive with any questions we had. Thanks so much for a great stay!

One of the nicest beach rentals I’ve stayed in!

Beach Bound was a perfect home for our weekend getaway. It felt like I was staying at a family’s home rather than a rental property - the house was absolutely spotless, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, with new appliances, and the ice maker was such a nice touch. The house was just a short five minute walk to the beach, which was perfect! Great communication too from Jack & Kim.

Perfect family rental

This place was very clean and the owners were very friendly and very communicative during our entire stay. If we had questions, they were available to answer them via text message or call. We had a large group of 11 people, and there were enough beds for everyone to have their own. The place was close enough to the beach Accessible by a five minute walk. We enjoyed our stay very much and the view from the balconies was great.

Christmas At The Beach

This is a beautiful home in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. The house is well-appointed, comfortable, and large, but still cozy and family friendly. They had most every kitchen gadget we needed. Jack kept in touch during our stay and invited us to ask questions about the house if we needed to. Jack and Kim were excellent hosts and we look forward to a future stay at Beach Bound!

Nice trip

House and surroundings exceeded our expectations. Layout of the house was wonderful allowing everyone to enjoy the space plus the house was well furnished in all aspects. Best Beach House ever!!! Hands down!!!

This house is top notch!! Our family said the owner could not have done anything else at all to make this stay any better! Such attention to detail! The ice maker is amazing! Wonderful House

What a wonderful house and place to spend Thanksgiving! Our family could spread out or be together in this house. We really enjoyed both of the larger porches and spent a great deal of time sitting, napping, and visiting on them! The week was fabulous! Jack is so friendly and available to answer questions! Our group of 14 loved our stay and can’t wait to make this trip again! The house had plenty of space, was clean and just a short walk to the beautiful beaches. Jack was very quick to respond when we had a question and quickly took care of a small issue we had. Morgantown Is low key and didn’t have all the “noise” as Gulf Shores did over spring break. My only request for the next visit would be for a pack n play and high chair to be on site!

An Awesome Week and a Beautiful Home!

The house was perfect. We had two families totaling 10 people. There was more than enough room for everyone, with beds to spare. The house was clean and well appointed and the beach was just a short walk. We loved being able to wake up in the morning to a beautiful view of the ocean from the third floor porch. The kitchen was well appointed and the large dining room table made it easy to have family dinners. The owners were extremely easy to work with and responsive. We definitely look forward to renting this home again!

Wonderful vacation

We had 6 Adults and 4 children ages 3 to 9. This property gives what they say ! We couldn't have asked for anything better. Plenty of room for all of us, with room to get quiet time to yourself if needed. A short walk to the beach and 2 pools. The beach and ocean were great! A cup of coffee early each day in a screened porch watching the sunrise. Doesn't get any better than that. One way we judge vacations, is would we come back. In a heartbeat!! Jack & Kim were very good hosts, with helpful communication throughout the process. from time of booking until or departure.

We came back!

The property where is immaculate and we love all the porches! Virtually gave everyone a private place to relax. Got to see the blue angels practice right over the beach in front of us! That was quite a treat. Feature not included at every house was a commercial icemaker. It just kept turning out ice and we used it and saved us a trip to the store. But the place is as advertised. The walk to the beach Takes about five minutes. Overall we totally enjoyed the visit!

We shared this amazing house with another family. It worked perfectly for us with all the kids (4 adults and 12 kids). The kitchen is beautiful, spacious, and well stocked and the dining area was big enough for all of us. There are plenty of bathrooms for everyone. It was a short walk to the beach and pool. We all enjoyed sitting on the balconies and relaxing- lots of comfortable outdoor seating. It has an outdoor shower and hose for cleaning off after being at the beach. We will definitely book this house again if we make a return visit in the future. The owner was very quick about getting in touch with us. There were great instructions all around the house. Everything was ready and clean for us; made it very easy and enjoyable.

We didn't want to leave!

All of us loved this AMAZING house! It was very clean and well stocked with necessities. The whole house was so bright and cheery! The kitchen had everything we needed--and more! It had multiple sets of dishes, plenty of silverware, all sizes of pots and pans, a griddle, waffle maker, rice cooker, hand mixer, coffee maker, and other appliances. There were 13 family members (4 families) that stayed in the house. It was roomy enough that we could all get together or we could split off into smaller groups. The elevator was a huge plus for getting our things in and out. We definitely want to return! All of our texts with questions were immediately answered and addressed. Jack was fun to work with.

Our stay at Beachbound

The house and location to the beach are amazing. We are a family of sixteen. Eight adults and eight children. The children range from age four to ten. We had plenty of space to sleep, eat meals, cook, play or just sit around and relax. There were plenty of decks and porches to just get away and read or just spend some quiet time. We could see the beach from the upper floor. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of space to prepare meals. We even had several occasions to invite other family members over for dinner or just to visit. Our whole group consisted of about 35 family members that were also visiting Gulf Shores. The walk to the beach took about two minutes to the boardwalk and another two minutes to the beach. The beach was fantastic. It was never crowded. I walked every morning for half an hour on the beach around 5:30 and maybe met five people on my walk. One morning I didn’t see anyone. Contacting Kim and Jack was never difficult. I had several questions before our trip and they would contact me within minutes of me sending an email or phone call. They were very easy to talk with and couldn’t have been nicer. This was our first visit to Gulf Shores and I feel so lucky that we found this house. I would recommend staying here . Morgantown is a great place to stay in Gulf Shores because of it’s proximity to the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores but yet its also far enough away so you can enjoy the relaxing quiet of the beaches. Thank you Kim and Jack for letting us enjoy your beautiful house. We couldn’t have picked a nicer place to stay.

Magnificent Accomodations

Gorgeous, well maintained home with beautiful views and wonderful amenities! Our family of 13 (a combination of 4 separate households) had plenty of areas to be together or to have privacy. Outdoor shower and hose with spray was a real plus. Elevator made moving in and out a breeze. Kitchen was very well stocked. We hope to come back in the future.
